Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JCrew Sculptured chocolate brown area rug
I have been looked for a sculptured area rug at a good value for over 6 months. I found the Olympia rug after a google search on Home Depot. It was also on sale. The rug is absolutely beautiful. It's a rich chocolate brown that works beautifully with my golden oak wood floors. It's wool so it is heavy but being an area rug was easy to install over the non-skid pad. I installed it over the holidays so it has been shedding a lot due to the heavy foot traffic but still looks great. Great product and timely delivery by Home Depot. Thanks!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by GAfromPA Nice Brown Olympia rug, BUT.....
Disappointed in how the rug lays on the floor. It is wavy, meaning there are sections that do not lie flat. I have had it down for two weeks and it has not flattened out from being rolled up. I do like the rug and will keep it hoping it will relax over time. I waited two years to get the right price for this rug and am happy with the purchase of the brown color.

This rug met our criteria for size, color, and design, and was a better deal at Home Depot than at Home Decorators (manufacturer). It took a few days to "relax" the kinks/waves out from being rolled so tightly for shipping (see photo), but settled nicely, even without a rug pad underneath. We have experienced some minor lint/piling of the wool, but nothing that has compromised the integrity of the rug. Some reviewers have noted that they have pulled up the edging of the rug causing it to unravel, but I think you need to use additional caution on wool rugs in general. We make sure to use the lowest setting possible on our vacuum to keep this rug in great shape. The brown color is a dark chocolate brown, and the design is subtle and doesn't overwhelm the space that it's in. We bought the matching 14' foot runner to place behind our sofa as well.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sandra gorgeous, too bad it had problems
I ordered the smaller round version. It was perfect but too small. So, I returned it and ordered the 7'9" round area rug. I unrolled it, vacuumed it, the outer edge ended up in the vacuum. Plus there were two small areas that had white, hard lumps, and no wool fibers. needless to say I have returned to rug. I'm hoping it was a fluke as I have ordered another one.

The rug seems to be a good value for the money. It was thicker than I expected but I don't have a problem with that. All the information on the website seems to hold true. I love the color and it looks good in my main entry hall. I am pleased with the purchase.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Reedelemstl Great Quality Rug
We are replacing a very busy patterned Oriental rug with this solid 10X14 sage green rug. While it does simplify our decor, we have to be more vigilant about spills and spots. The color SAGE is great, definitely not a yellowish-green. It does shed, but vacuuming once a week seems to be enough. It sheds mainly in front of chairs & sofa - where the feet rub. I would think it is important to have a really good vacuum cleaner because the rug is multilevel. It is extremely dense and thick, great quality. The rug delivery was rather slow though, but not a big problem.

We bought this rug for our office. The color is perfect, a beautiful blue that was true to the website image. We looked at it on two different monitors before ordering and still wondered if the color would be right because blue is so hard to match. The scroll pattern is not too overwhelming (as another review suggested). We also purchased the rug pad. The transaction was flawless with quick delivery. We are very pleased with the rug and with how smooth the ordering and delivery process went.
