The engineering is very poor- several holes don't line up right and/or aren't the right size. The drawer slides are not really slides- just a groove cut in the drawer with a piece of wood on the table but both are very rough. We sanded and waxed the drawers to get them to work. It is also very heavy (80 lbs)
We have purchased quite a few things from home decorators over the years and all have been good quality. The quality of the table was a big disappointment to us and my daughter (the table is for her) but we are keeping it because it took a couple of hours to put it together and it looks nice.

The piece looks very nice in my daughter's room. I only needed something to fill a space and for my daughter to put up some pics and books. It is a very good value. Not for a master bedroom but great for a kids room or playroom.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by FLSW Nice piece, damaged in shipping.
I purchased this item to go under a large picture window and it fit perfectly. Heavy and sturdy. My only complaint would be the shipping. The box was quite tattered when it arrived and one of the top corners of the shelf was shipped. I needed it to hang stockings on for the holidays, so I did not want to waste the time to return it. Not too noticeable. I can't seem to make all the thee drawers fit properly. Two fit well, but the third is not deep enough so it pushes in way more than the other two. Overall, I would say it was fine, but maybe a bit more than I would have liked to pay for the issues with it.

It was cheap and it shows. The drawers are misaligned and don't use side tracks like other items but rather a wooden rail on the bottom which means it does not slide as cleanly as other items.
The worst part is that product is not even close to level. Maybe we got a lemon but it leans forward quite a bit. Not enough that picture frames fall, but enough that it is noticeable; especially if you set a drink on it.
I will have to make some alterations to the legs, but definitely not a long term solution.
Further, as stated by others, the product has no support in the middle so the table top bows. I will probably place a support in the middle just hope I can match the finish.

I bought this piece along with the Oxford Three-Drawer End Table and the Hampton Bay 32"W Corner Cabinet with Two Glass Doors. All three pieces went very well together, which was important since they would be in adjoining areas. I did have some guidance in matching the finishes from the online/customer service/chat feature which helped me feel more comfortable about my selection. My husband and I sat down together and assembled each of the items in a few hours and found it to be fairly painless. This piece is in my dining room and provides an ideal display area for my teapot collection.

I needed a credenza for my new office. I work from home, so I needed a piece that had lots of storage, but looked attractive.
All the pieces for this credenza were well packed. My husband put this together in under 2 hours for me. He felt the quality was substandard, and was frustrated with a few of the misdrilled holes. The backing on this piece is plastic, which has been giving off a noxious odor in my office for the past 2 weeks.
The file storage drawers hold a lot of files. There is center blocking across the bottom of the drawers, which is nice and adds support, but can be difficult if you want to put storage boxes or the like on the shelf below. Count on 2" less in storage on that shelf b/c of the center support.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Booksie Sturdy, simple, attractive, smelly
We bought this to house our children's most frequently accessed books. As such it gets a lot of handling, not always gentle. The piece it replaced was loved to death, this one however is holding up like a champ.
It isn't fine furniture, but it is attractive and simple enough that we could have used it in almost any room. The build was easy. The major drawback was a very strong chemical odor that took several days to dissipate. I would recommend building this in a garage or covered porch and letting it air out for a few days before bringing it inside.
