A bit pricey and detailed to put together, but I got the functionality I was looking for. I needed something in addition to my two chest of drawers, and this piece worked out just fine.

I just spent ~4 hours assembling this piece. Do not waste your money. You will not get what you paid for. I don't normally write reviews, but people need to be warned.
The cushion is more yellow / cream than white.
The pre-drilled holes and female fittings for the bolts don't line up with the bolts, so you won't be able to properly attach the top of the unit to the body of the unit. Full assembly is not possible.
Also the screws provided to attach the bottom trim pieces will not secure the trim to the rest of the unit. You'll need to find some different screws.
Worse yet, pre-assemled drawer rails are not properly alinged. I could not put one drawer in without ripping out the rail.
You basically build the whole thing. Every particle board segment is a separate piece that you have to put together. Even the wicker baskets require assembly. It took about 4 straight hours.
It's very poorly crafted and it shows. This piece was probably $20 dollars of labor and materials (made in China) and the rest of your money is spent on packaging/shipping and profit. You'll regret your purchase. I do.

Pre-drilled holes in bench top did not align properly with the rest of bench (and yes, we assembled it correctly). Screws for bottom "low" panels were not long enough to grab and hold (these are decorative, so not a structural issue). One of the drawer runners had come loose in shipping (these are tacked into place with brads).

The product was a perfect fit in my three car garage because we do not have a large mud room. I combined this with an overhead storage unit of the same size. This has added a lot of storage. It does come in many pieces. Good instructions but it will take some time.

This bench is more red than I thought, even after reading other reviews, but I still like it. We purchased it for use in the living room, as extra seating, and a "toybox" for our 1 year old. I was worried about the baskets scratching it up, so I put extra polyurethane on the base of it before assembly. It helped some, but I have also hot-glue gunned some felt and ribbon around the bottom 2 inches or so - a basket cozy if you will - and that has fixed the problem. Looks cute that way. The baskets are sturdy - metal rimmed, and that will also be good with little ones so they do not get destroyed. It's not "fine furniture", but it's great for the price.

If this had been half the price, it would have been a decent buy, but there's no way it was worth the price. We bought the longest one (60") and it took forever to put together. First of all, there's no real wood to be found on this thing; it's all MDF (medium density fiberboard) and it weighs a ton. The finished product really doesn't look too bad, but I'm afraid the pieces will start to loosen over the years as the little clips and screws get stressed. The worst part is the cushion. It's held in place by little tabs of velcro that just don't work. It slides all over the place and you have to constantly adjust it.

It took me, with a little help, less than 3 hours to put together. One of the drawer knobs was stripped and I called for a replacement, which I assume will come. The construction is good compared to some other things we've put together over the years. I totally agree with the other comments about the very meager velcro attachments, but since I am using this more as coffee table/storage than a hall bench, I don't expect to be sitting on it. One of my concerns was the color of the back, since it is not up against a wall, and I am happy to say it is, while not the same material as the rest of the unit, at least fairly sturdy and black. The baskets may not be as sturdy as I had hoped, but only time will tell.

This entryway bench is a very useful size and shape. It is just what we needed in our office space. It is exactly how it is shown on the website.
Assembly was challenging as there was one piece where the screw was not long enough. I had to create the correct length of screw to hold it in place. Also there was one piece that did not have the screw hole. The accompanying bolt hole was there, so we just drilled our own screw hole and it worked fine. In addition, the assembly of the baskets was a little tricky because the screw holes did not line up very well.
I highly recommend this piece. However, if you struggle with assembling things and have no knowledge or skills in this area, it might not be the best choice.
