The first one was broken as was the second. Same exact spot. No damage to Styrofoam or cardboard. Must have been put in package broken at factory. Nice quality control. Against my better judgement i am waiting on the third one. I must say the pictures on the internet are pretty. Hopefully i find out soon

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Vette73 pretty, not best quality for the $$
It is a pain for a DIY, but it is not that hard to put together (and it does say you have to assemble). Mine came with chipped pieces and I was bit disappointed in the overall quality of the item. It does look pretty in the room, but had I seen it first in person put together I probably would have opted for a different item. No huge regrets, but not thrilled.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by remodelqueen arrived damaged, YOU assemble
I will save you the grief & drama -- don't purchase this vanity ! It arrived damaged, item description doesn't say anything about having to ASSEMBLE the entire unit - pieces & parts - & lots of them. You have to assemble the entire unit (sides, legs, shelves). They need to update their item description to reflect the truth !

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by penelope arrived broken & damaged + you have to put it all together (unassembled!)
Nobody mentioned the fact this vanity has to be put together - all of it - Get your wood glue for all the pegs you have to attach to venture into this project! Arrived broken/damaged - cracked in front. Not thrilled !

The piece comes in two boxes and is very heavy as others have said. We hauled the boxes into the basement and then opened the boxes and carried individual pieces up to the living room to be assembled. Hubby assembled on a day off while I was at work, I believe it was pretty labor intensive, and he did need help from the neighbor to help flip it over. Unless your plumbing comes in through the wall, be prepared to have to cut the bottom and shelving in the vanity for your pipes to come up to the sink. We did this, and while it was tricky, if your handy and have basic tools, you can make it work. I think it's a very pretty, functional piece, and I see it lasting a very long time. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Verified Reviewer Gorgeous addition!
My vanity came unassembled and assembly took awhile but it was worth it. It's a very pretty piece of furniture and the mirrored doors add class to it. Downfalls would be that the top is made out of composite granite or granite dust because it is solid white. You can't tell that in the picture. Also, I didn't realize that the faucet I would have to buy is an 8'' faucet, which is considerably more expensive than the typical 4'' faucets. Also, attach the back board before hooking up to the pipes in the back. Otherwise, this product will pay for itself over and over and I love it.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lymesux Looks great, but a 2 man job to move and assemble
Overall this piece looks great. But by time you assemble, it may be cheaper to just buy, than put together. The one problem I had was that one screw wasn't long enough, so I need to go and find a matching one. Other than that, it looks nice.

Purchased Reflections Bath Vanity in white for daughter's bathroom in new home construction. Item has not yet been installed. Vanity shipped by freight company arrived quickly and hassle-free. The mirrored front looks almost "Palm Beach" style, very chic. The granite/marble counter is pure white looks very nice with white sink. This is extremely heavy and requires assembly. Mine arrived with minor cosmetic damage but Home Depot customer service was wonderful. Product looks like it cost more than it did. Seen similar vanities for 5 - 10 times this price. Highly recommend.
