Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Best Fan I've Owned Love this fan. It has a very modern look. Its very quiet and circulates tons of air. The low setting is 100 percent quiet. The only 'noise' it makes is from the air hitting the blades when set to medium or high. I don't hear the motor at all. My only complaint, like everyone else, is the light isn't very bright. I replaced the CFL bulbs with LED's and that didn't help much. The fan has an auto setting that keeps the room at a certain temperature. I can leave the house knowing the fan will turn on automatically and keep the room cool. One reason I wanted the remote is because I didn't want to wire a switch and put more holes in my drywall. Installation was easy. I had to start from scratch as I didn't have electrical or a mounting bracket. The fan blades look like wood, but they're actually plastic. May 9, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice modern look, quiet operating and poor lighting problem solved with LED lights. After instalation I had to adjust the blades so when they move they are in ballance. That fan looks really good, so good that I decided to keep it despite the poor light it gives. I was installing other fixtures in my house - LED ceiling light from Commercial Electric which I got for around $20. Then it came an idea. I was risking braking the light for $20, so I did it. I removed the lights from the fan and replaced it with LED panel witch is almost the same size. I had to drill 2 holes in the fan and using the LED lamp srews and nuts I attached the LED panel. Works prfectly; gives much more light, heats up less, and consumes less energy. February 14, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Love The Look, Hate the lighting Would I recommend this fan yes and no. Yes, because it looks really modern and nice and no because the lighting is horrible. It comes with the G24 bulbs witch I do not like and are more expensive than your regular bulbs (good thing the fan comes with a pair). What I did was modified the wiring for the build so I can put regular bulbs and not the G24. After doing that I put LED bulbs and was still not bright enough. So I though to myself well maybe if I upgrade the LED bulbs to a higher lumens bulbs that will take care of it, but I was not able to fit a bigger bulbs in the fan without the glass dome not wanting to close. I noticed how the frosted glass is so tick and I though well maybe if I try and clean some off with some paint thinner maybe that will do the trick, but that did not work either. Overall the fan looks great and moves a lot of air. The only downside is that the lighting is a bit dim for my taste. If you don't mind the lighting you will love this fan! Guaranteed!!!!! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Been a headache! We bought this fan for the price, the remote and the appearance. After a somewhat difficult installation due to the receiver not fitting easily into the mounting bracket, we were pleased. That lasted 2 days after which the light stopped working. I thought it was the receiver so I took the fan back apart and exchanged the receiver at the local store. After hooking it back up we still had no light. The manual has zero troubleshooting for the light so I started poking around and finally found a glass tube style fuse up under the cap inside of the light fixture! A 5 minute fix had the manual mentioned it! I hope the new fuse fixes it if not, I will have three days in this fan, not happy, wouldn't buy another one! January 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very happy with the fan my 18 year old Daughter took down the old fan and installed this it for me. She said it was pretty easy. It was her first time installing a fan. It looks so nice in my room. it gives the modern sleek look. I am happy with the product February 10, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice fan, but... Want to publicly thank Edwardsfan99 for sharing his experience when he bought this fan. We had the very same problem when the light went out after several weeks of use. As Edwardsfan99 mentioned, the user manual had no reference whatsoever or mention of a fuse in the light fixture. Thanks to his comments, he saved us many more hours of frustration by leading us to search for a fuse and replacing it. Thank you Edwardsfan99....we will keep the fan since we like the style/function. No thanks Home Decorators/Home Depot for inadequate documentation to help customers when they purchase your products! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by All style and junk Great looking fan, and at the price you would expect quality. However, it has stupid inline fuses that can't be purchased anywhere. After the fuses blow on both fans I purchased and installed and had new ones sent to me, they also blow out. I was then told by Technical support to bypass the fuses. After that the remote control receiver went bad and had to replace it, now the unique bulb it uses has blown out and can't find it anywhere. All this in 45 days. May 15, 2015
