The glueless installation is easy and economical; above grade, on grade and below grade. Is the veneer 3/8", or the whole product? Most engineered wood have about 1-4 mils top layer. How thick is wear surface?

I have looked at a lot of engineered wood floor products and I have not seen anything with a top layer, "wear surface" more than about 4 mils. Is that the case here, and not 3/8". I was confused when I started shopping, and this adds to my confusion. Or is this the vinyl Plank flooring? Please HELP! Thank You

Answer:
This product is 3/8" from the top of the plank to the bottom of the plank. The veneer is just under 2MM and the wear layer is made up of 9 coats of aluminum oxide and 2 coats of polyurethane.
