I came back and installed it again in the last two bedrooms, replacing carpets. It stands up to daily wear. As a matter of fact, the living room which I did first looks the same as the two bedrooms I just did. Easy to install. I would and did buy this product again. If it is available when I buy another home, I would use it again. It is not hard to keep clean. It needs cleaning and occasional polishing just as any high gloss floor does. Below is a picture of my son installing it in one of the bedrooms.

But the very second you walk on them, they're ruined. Never to look the same, EVER!!!!!!!!!! You drip water, you can't just wipe it up. You have to mop the whole floor!!!!! Can't walk with shoes, barefoot or with socks or slippers. It is the worse ever. We dealt with them for a couple years and unfortunately for our bank account, we are replacing next week. I can't wait to get them out of my house........

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! These floors look long as you never walk on them, touch them, have no pets, no kids, and put rugs down and jump from rug to rug like the floor is lava. These floors show everything! Foot prints.....doesn't matter if you go barefoot, have on socks, wear shoes they still are horrible! They smudge, they always look greasy and dirty. They show paw prints and dog drool....not tnat I have a big drooly dog...but when he lays down to sleep, his breath leaves a smudge mark. These floors basically suck. This is the biggest wadte of money Iever spent. Total disappointment! They are horrible!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Think before purchasing We loved how the floor look when we first installed it. A year into it, buyer's remorse. We wish we picked a different flooring option. Not recommended for people with pets and kids, since you can see every smudge, foot print and etc. Very hard to keep clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Distressed maple floors I've had these floors for 2 years and looking today to replace the carpet upstairs with them. I couldn't believe the negative reviews they were getting. Yes... Everything shows up. It does. That is totally true. I have a dog and he drools everywhere... And it shows up. I can honestly say that they are the most beautiful floors I've ever seen. I get compliments all of the time on them! I've never experienced any noises or squeaking from them. I'd purchase them again in a heartbeat. If you're thinking about getting laminate here's your go to!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from worst laminate floor ever the 1st review about keeping it clean is correct but that's not the worst part the worst part of these floors that they make awful squeaking noise. i am not an average DIYer i have installed laminate floors alot even on uneven floors non of the made this much noise. when you lay them and walk on it its ok until the next day you walk it sounds horrible. when i reached the last room in my house i even leveled the floors one more time and put the most expensive underlayment and it still made squeaking noise. but after you walk on it for 10 min it settles i guess and its quiet until you leave the house come back in few hours same thing all over again. will not recommend it to anyone. don't get fooled by the looks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from pretty good. i like it noisy..... yes. you have to rescrew the underfloor (plywood) before lay the floor.yes it got dirty and mark all over. i have a 2 years little girl and she drop anything on it. havenig any kind of flooring it means you have to clean it often and thats what i do it because the dark color. it shows easly the mess on it. that all. be clean and you will have it clean. if not just get the unhealthy carper.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Home Depot fails to install We choose this flooring - here is our review of the experience. We were referred by Home Depot to a local man that measures the area before installation. On the scheduled day, he was a no call no show. When we called him, he was busy taking pictures of our road to show his boss. We live in the country and yes, the road is not paved. We drive it all the time in our Prius and so do delivery trucks, but he felt he could not drive his car on our road. ( He actually was on the wrong road, BTW) The hubby said "Come back and I'll drive you to the house." He refused. He agreed to come back at a later time. Hubby then drove him to our house. Measuring Guy ( who does not install, only measures) brought along his little white dog (who was adorable) but forgot his level. If there is anything needed in New Mexico for flooring- it is a level. He sent his findings to Home Depot's Measuring Center which is located in Virginia so they could produce a quote for the installation. They wouldn'r do our floor unless we tore out and removed the bricks. So - we went to Lowes, where we found the actual floor installers measure the floor instead of Measuring Guy with Little Dog. We told them about our brick floor situation. They said the worst thing to happen would be a sub-floor layer might be needed, which costs a reasonable few hundred dollars. Never have we seen any business more determined than Home Depot to create complications, set backs, obstacles and road blocks for the customer. The flooring is beautiful, but we will never see it in our home.
