Answer:
T&G, no glue necessary. Would recommed you install over red rosin paper or rubber padding....even though the description says you can install directly on sub floor or concrete. It's noisy without the barrier.

Answer:
This flooring is water-resistant, but not waterproof. Regardless, it is not recommended to use a steam mop on any of our floors, for the heat from the steam may destabilize the clear coat on the material, over time.

You can service the floor using slightly damp maintenance with a hard surface cleaner and spray mist mop only. Always wipe the floor dry immediately until no more moisture is visible on the floor.
Wet maintenance is not recommended by the manufacturer – and be sure to remove any standing water immediately.
Never use wax or varnish coating on the floor.
Use denatured alcohol to remove stubborn stains carefully - never use scouring products.

Made in China and the quality is horrible. Buy the DuPont instead, it costs alot more but it's worth it.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by This products has poor quality Easy to install but very poor quality, looks good if is installed correctly. January 2, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great floor at a cheap price !!!! First of all, I'm a carpenter by trade so I was a little leary about buying a product online.Especially a laminate. But after recieving it and starting the floor with a foam underlayment I was surprised at how easy it was to install. The final job looked great. If your going to buy laminate flooring, first buy the kit to install it with. Your install will go much smoother. Read the directions and follow them and you will be just as pleased as I am with the outcome. Again this is a great floor for the price. P.S- I put down 810 square feet in 2 days. October 11, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We are very happy with this product. It looks like real hardwood! When we decided to remove the carpets and install laminate flooring, we researched all of the different brands to be sure we were getting the best product available that fit our budget. We went to the local Home Depot store to inspect the laminate flooring samples and discovered that for our needs, Home Legend brand was just as good as the higher priced brands. We ordered the "Online Only" special--a 36-box pallet and it was delivered right to our door, wrapped in plastic. The floors look beautiful and are very easy to care for. It is very simple to install and has already proven itself to be a good investment since we have 4 dogs and 3 young grandchildren living here. A quick dust-mopping daily makes it look brand new. I would recommend the Home Legend brand wholeheartedly. March 7, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wow, what a pleasant surprise! After reading the reviews I decided to take a chance, sight unseen, on this flooring. I am glad that I did. It is so much better than I even imagined. Although I did order WAY too much I will probably use it in the kitchen too! It took 3 days to install it in the basement (only 'cause we're old!) and it looks great! Take a chance, you won't be disappointed. Just make sure that you have the proper tools to complete the job! (table saw, chop saw, mallet, etc.) you're life will be a lot easier! March 13, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by You get what you pay for... The old adage holds true, if it's too good to be true it probably is. This stuff was so cheap and I thought: how bad could it be? I bumped a corner of this floor into my drywall and the corner of the flooring broke off! The interlocking mechanism is so poorly made and weak, pieces of it constantly break off. It seems to be made of compressed, glued together bits of cardboard. I have thrown out about 20% of the pieces because they arrived with problems. If I hadn't finished 2 rooms already I'd return it. Next time my house floods I am buying the DuPont laminate floor again. It costs 4x as much but it is worth it for the durability and the lack of frustration I'm experiencing with this junk. I've done the DuPont twice before and only bought this because it seems Home Depot stopped carrying it. I took a chance, never again. June 3, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Satisfied with this purchase This is our first time having laminate flooring. We are renovating an older home and this product is replacing the original hardwood floors. I was appprehensive about purchasing online without seeing the product, but it was such a good value that I didn't want to pass it up. The floors are beautiful! I love the color, and it was easy to install. Looks like it will be durable and easy to clean. I guess time will tell, but I am confident that we made a good purchase. January 4, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for the Price This is actually very good stuff for the price. Do yourself a favor and buy a good pad to install under it. I had my house rented for 4 years, and my tenants did thrash this(you should have seen the carpet though). It's still serviceable, but not perfect. I installed more when we moved back in, and with proper care, it lasts a long time. It still looks brand new almost 3 years later. October 22, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good product for the price I found this after looking at similiar product in store. This was about the same price as in store, but warranty was 10 years longer. I have two large dogs and have not found any scratches from their claws. Cleans up well and looks great for the price. I would not recommend using the cheap trim pieces; go for solid wood trim components. Very durable. June 29, 2012
