Customer Reviews

Rated 2.0 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty floor but maintaining it is enough to encourage you to shop around more. I used this flooring because HGTV raves that bamboo is more durable than hard wood and because I could install it myself. We put it in our kitchen. I followed the directions supplied with it. It says, must lay right to left with tongue side facing wall to start. It's actually left to right. Once I figured that out it was pretty easy. This floor looks beautiful. Maintaining this floor is a bear. It scratches quite easily. I can wipe the wheels of my vacuum to make sure there is no debris on them and vacuum it myself ever so carefully but a wheel still scratches the floor. I have a cheaper laminate in my dining room from an HD competitor. We've had that for 7 years, and I think it has fewer scratches and I vacuum that at least 2x a month. August 11, 2011
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Impossible to Install Do not buy this floor! The installer informed me that he had had problems on three separate occasions performing a proper installation due to the nature of the product. It creaks loudly and the hardness of the wood makes it difficult for the mouldings to be placed without cracking when they are nailed. November 29, 2011
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by That was simple... Went together extremely easy. Was easy to install. Looks great and I would consider using again in the future. April 30, 2011
