Customer Reviews

Rated 1.0 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor quality This product is merely a thin veneer of cork (almost like a picture of cork) glued to a cork base. The problem is even when you seal the cork with 2 coats of polyurethane as required, it's still can be scratched. When it is scratched it reveals the darker base. I have 4 coats of polyurethane on mine and it’s still getting scratched. Better quality cork is NOT a veneer and that's why scratching and denting don't affect the look of the product as much. I've had this floor down for less than 6 months and I purchased over 325 SQ FT....I will probably pull it up within a year a redo the floor with a better quality cork. This was an expensive mistake! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Corkwood is NOT CORK!!! Don't be fooled! This floor is NOT Cork Oak (Quercus Suberus) it is Corkwood (Leitneria floridana)! Home Legend has used a VERY CHEAP "cork like" substance because it has a name that can "confuse" the general population. This floor is "low priced" because it is NOT from the Cork Oak (very expensive material). If you have purchased this product because you thought you were buying real cork (from Portugal) then take it back! You will NOT receive the benefits you thought you were getting! October 27, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Quality!! This is the worst flooring I have ever used. Anything and everything scratches, chips or gouges the finish. I will have to replace this floor soon and its not even been a year yet. What an expensive mistake!! January 26, 2014
