Customer Reviews

Rated 2.9 out of 5 by 18 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Flooring was a great buy!! Easy to install, great color and most of all it is warm to walk on. Not like a laminate flooring that is cold in winter. September 21, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very disappointed Bought this after purchasing my home for the kitchen area and have regretted it since. One piece got a huge scratch just putting the fridge back in place. Within 1 year the floors looks scratched and old. I've always heard great things about cork floors but these were not durable at all! Could not wait to replace them. January 8, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unhappy with finished product Difficult to install. Flooring crumbled with some pieces. Top finish not what I expected. Feels like rubber on top. Looks ok. September 17, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fine quality for the price Uniform quality, easily assembled, and handsome. It is heavy flooring so it provides excellent sound dampening and a wee bit of cushioning to catch the off dropped dish. June 28, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfy to walk on... Floor was fairly easy to install. Looks wonderful but there are some color variations that are quite noticeable. If able to, you should lay out portions of flooring and see how they range in shades/colors for best look before installation. Feels great to walk on. We installed over concrete floor with hydroponic in-floor heat and the heat comes up through very well and the cork provides some cushion to walk on so it isn't as hard on the legs. Hope it holds up over time. December 18, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not exactly what I was expecting I was looking for a product for a bulletin board and when the specs read 1/2 inch I was expecting that depth of cork. it's more like 1/8 inch of cork which makes it impossible to use standard push pins with ease. Still the product looks great and I use a slight tap of the hammer to hit the pins home. August 12, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor quality This product is merely a thin veneer of cork (almost like a picture of cork) glued to a cork base. The problem is even when you seal the cork with 2 coats of polyurethane as required, it's still can be scratched. When it is scratched it reveals the darker base. I have 4 coats of polyurethane on mine and it’s still getting scratched. Better quality cork is NOT a veneer and that's why scratching and denting don't affect the look of the product as much. I've had this floor down for less than 6 months and I purchased over 325 SQ FT....I will probably pull it up within a year a redo the floor with a better quality cork. This was an expensive mistake! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Solid OK Cork Installed this in a ~280 sq. ft. basement room. I was hoping this would click into another Home Legend engineered product, but it didn't. Installation was straight forward. The tongues were fragile, you can't hit them with anything or they will deform and won't click into a new piece. It was difficult to tap the pieces together without lifting the edge of the cork. The seams don't sit perfectly flat. Finally, be aware you need to put a sealer on the floor once it's installed. It is much darker than the picture, almost a Masonite color, and the pattern is ~ 1.5" square. It still looks much better than a "bulletin board" cork floor. Also, even over DriCORE, it's warmer than the other engineered flooring. August 9, 2010
