Installation question

The product overview says Installation: Nail, glue or staple (see reference below for product) For concrete basement floor, can the engineered hardwood's tounge and groove be glued and floated over a underlayment without actually glueing down to the floor. -OR- Does it mean this is only a glue down floor install. If so, can an underlayment be used with the glue or it is a glue down to floor without underlayment. Reference: Above question is in reference to below product:: Home Legend Red Oak Natural 3/8 in. Thick x 7 in. Wide x Random Length Engineered Hardwood Flooring (20 Cases/354 sq.ft/Pallet) Model # HL2013P-20 Internet # 203440369

This flooring can be floated using the joint glue method. Underlayment is only necessary when floating the flooring. When installing over concrete, choose an impermeable underlayment designed for engineered floors. When full-spread glueing to concrete subfloor underlayment can not be used. Choose a glue with moisture blocking properties and/or seal concrete to prevent moisture.
