Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DeeplyDissapointed Do Not Buy!
We purchased Bamboo flooring with a dark color and pattern. The color and pattern appears to be a top layer pasted on top of bamboo, which mean it is EXTREMELY easy to scratch and the white underneath shows. Just a couple days after install, we started seeing scratches (Do Not Use a Vacuum!). I contacted Home Depot and they sent our a contractor, which said the top layer coming off was regular "wear and tear". Only days after install!!! Home Depot and the Manufacturer did absolutely nothing.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Joe Chips WAY too easy and lots of printer errors on the finish
I was pretty disappointed with this flooring. First, you need to understand what you’re buying. This is bamboo with a printed layer over the top. When it chips, it will look like the "chip" picture. I have no idea what caused this chip. Nothing notable dropped in that area and it’s been two weeks since I installed it. It also scratches easily, and since it’s just a printed layer over it, there’s really not much you can do about it. Also, since it’s what basically looks like a plastic layer, I’d love some ideas on how to do any kind of repair on these things.
When installing, at least 10% of the boards had some sort of printing error, so watch out when you are installing. I’ve include a sample. I caught most of them, but missed a couple until after it was too late. You can live with most of them, but they are definitely there. In addition, you have to watch, because the printed layer is sometimes not perfect on the end (pictured). Also, note the end of the real product doesn’t really look like what was shown in the product images.
On the plus side, since it’s a printed product, there isn’t much variation from box to box. One part of the pattern is really pretty, but it seemed to have the most occurrences of the printing error.
It’s a pretty floor, but given it already has a few scratches and that chip, I’m just really worried about how long it will stay that way.
Of course any flooring will have its issues, but if I’d had this information before, I would have went a different direction. If you’re looking seriously at it, I’d probably buy a box or two first, just to check it out. The sample just doesn’t give enough to see what you’re really getting.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Leaper1 Decent floor for reasonable price
The floor looks great, very modern and quite comfortable to walk on - with bare feet. Would give more stars but it does scratch easily and the instructions were not clear. I had a handyman install. I recommend using felt on all furniture and remove shoes. A lighter color may have been better choice with kids.
We used this flooring to cover old hardwood floors in bad shape that connected to room with plywood only. Former owners had carpeted the area. Sprung for good underpayment - elastilon- which was costly but made installation much easier. Still have not found appropriate molding for hearth area. Will make our own. Overall good value for the money.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Brian Beautiful floor, impossible to install.
I purchased this flooring because its absolutely beautiful, however it's 100% impossible to install unless you want to glue it down. After I had attempted and failed to install it myself I called in a professional and they had the same results themselves. Maybe I received a bad batch of bamboo that was just too hard, the flooring would split and the face would chip. I returned my whole order and ordered something else. I was very disappointed and still am because this was exactly what I was looking for. Home Depot was very good to work with and was willing to accept my return with the damaged wood for a full return. Please look elsewhere when looking for flooring.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Richard Very happy with the product, HD....meh....
Installed 1600 sq feet of product over a concrete subfloor in a high-rise. The product is beautiful, and relatively easy to install. Other reviews advise against a nail-down application, and while I did not nail it down, i can see that it would be an issue. I utilized the Elastilon underlayment installation system, and it worked perfectly.
Overall the product was exceptionally uniform, and had few boards had imperfections. Cutting the boards does result in some surface chipping, so avoid butt joints at all costs. Handling the boards also has a tendency to jam about a thousand splinters into your fingers, so use gloves!
After use, the surface showed no scratches or wear. This was a major concern (and still is), but it seems to be holding up perfectly.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lukas Scratches easier than expected, must staple or glue to install
Reported to be a "floating floor" but in reality needs staple or glue installation. Then, despite its "5" hardness rating, scratches easier than I was anticipating. Because it is a laminate floor, it is not amenable to refinishing like a normal hardwood floor. If you are buying a floor for longevity, avoid this product.
That being said,it is a huge upgrade from the carpet i had before

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bambooguru glue dow only
with a Jenga rating of 3000 strand woven is nearly impossible to nail down. Use a high quality glue that is made for bamboo.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by hometown9 Terrible quality
Chips during installation which is not straightforward. Buy at least 20% more, you'll need it. Or just go engineered and save the hassle.
