Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BambooTho looks great, easy to install
This was the third engineered bamboo floor I have installed. This product from Home Depot was the most expensive of the three, but clearly the best quality, too. The color of the wood is a pleasant warm tone. There were only a small number of unusable pieces, most with damaged edges from shipping. Installation was easy, this 200 sq ft room took less than a day. I will likely use it again. No scratches, I was able to damage the sample only when I used a knife. Dog has been all over it with no visible effect.

This product had beautiful color thoughtout each box with just the right amount of color variance. Cut nice and did not splinter or chip. Feels good against the feet. Thank you Home Depot for offering this product for purchase

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Marie53 warping and moving
We purchased this flooring approx. 18 months ago and noticed in a hallway warping almost immediately. Now cupping is found in every board. There is separation everywhere. Installer came and looked at it and said it was a manufacture issue, but manufacturer will not even come and look at it. Their response was moisture issue. This is on a second floor and no moisture problems. So we are currently stuck with an ugly floor with gaps wide enough to pinch your feet as you walk on it and we put it down on almost the whole upper floor. One area the gap is is now 1/4 an inch!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Yardboy In the end, the floor turned out very nice.
The end result is great - the floor looks very nice, and was very easy to install. The beginning is the toughest, starting the first couple rows, after that it's click-click-click.
That said, I was surprised at the number of warped boards that we got. One box of 24 boards had 7 that were warped too much to use, right out of the box. This did not change after letting the boards air and settle in the space for a few days prior to installation. I was able to make use of some warped boards for shorter end pieces by examining and cutting carefully, but still it was very disappointing. We opened 7 boxes to cover an 11x11 room, so that's about 16% overage, which I feel is too much.
Recommend you buy at least 15% overage so you can maintain color consistency if you get a lot of warps like I did. You can always return an unopened box to your local store.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Patty Beautiful flooring
installation is very easy and the look is better than expected. It has a hardness rating of five but it will scratch if you do not have padding on all furnature

Installed five months ago on both ground level slab and upstairs at what will be my retirement home. Was seeing/feeling "bubbles" where the planks were noticeably flexing up and down as one walked over them. Had the installer lift some up and found many to be warped in those locations, some up to 1.5" along the length. These are not exposed to water or high humidity and the problem is both upstairs and downstairs. I had three extra boxes and have opened them and am finding that more than half are coming out of the box with up to a 1/4" bow and six with almost 1/2". My gut perception is that they have gotten worse over time. I am investigating and talking with the manufacturer. I would currently not recommend this product without suggesting one be very careful with product coming out of the boxes. I will update on the warping as I learn more.
I also agree that the product scratches much easier than I expected based on a 5 hardness rating.

We've had this floor installed for about 6 months. Like other reviews, we've had problems with the finish scratching rather easily. Over time these scratches do seem to buff out, but in the meantime, they are obvious. I contacted the company 877-960-800, to find out how to clean this floor, since there was NO INFO on maintenance. Here's what they said:
"This is not a floor you use a mop & water on." They recommend using a mixture of rubbing alcohol and water in a spray bottle. This keeps moisture from remaining on the floor for too long or from moisture getting into the crevices. And even went as far as to say that the warranty would be void if moisture were to be the cause for damage to the flooring.
For our empty nester household with the occasional visiting Golden Retriever this is a three step process. First, we vacuum with an appliance made specifically for bare floors & pet hair. Then we go over everything with a dust mop to remove 'soil' not sucked up during the first step. It's not that the vacuum is failing, it's just how dust is. Finally, in the third step we 'spritz' as we mop.
All-in-all, it is a good floor & it looks nice when it's clean. (But keep an eye open for occasional defects in individual pieces during install)

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by bluetone Looks great but scratches too easily
This floor looks great but make sure you have felt padding on the bottoms of all your furniture. Even with the padding, any sharp or reasonably hard object will scratch the floor. We are a little disappointed after all this expense. We thought the high hardness rating would mean few or no scratches, but we were wrong. Best for a low traffic household.
