Answer:
This spa does not come with steps but a set of steps can easily be purchased. Most of our online partners offer them for sale and we offer them through the factory site.

Answer:
All under the tub is accessible if you just remove the panels. Put a junction box anywhere. Usually the connection is under the control panel on the top of the tub

Customer Reviews

Rated 3.0 out of 5 by 10 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Value My wife and I have had multiple hot tubs over the years and we have found a hot tub is more of a couples thing than a party thing. We are now empty nesters and this fits us perfectly. At a price almost half of most of the tubs we looked at this gives us 2 loungers and 3 seats. So far (3 weeks ) everything works perfectly. We are enjoying the tub thoroughly October 6, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hot tub review I bought a home and garden spa and had a license electrician wired up. It was found that there was a short in a hot tub circuit board without any power being attached. I call the manufacturer and they wanted me to take pictures of the circuits colorcode the wires from my house circuit boards the locations of the wires, which seems absurd because the malfunction is in the hot tub. the warranty listed in Home Depot last two years parts 90 days; the actually warranties warranty policy and procedures states that they are subject to change at any time without notice. That sounds like an oxymoron, which means there is no warranty March 24, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Good news from disappointed Just called the company and was ready to pay for a new heater at 152 bucks, the nice man took all my information, typed it in and to my surprise, sent me a new heater at no charge. This tub wasd purchased in March of 2014. So all you mad people like me ,,,,,,,,, give them a chance and call them. I should have along time ago. Will see what happens. Good luck. September 29, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by they don't sell this anymore I purchased this home and garden tub in March of 2014. It looked OK, had a previous purchase from Depot before this and it is still going strong for the new owner of my old house. Anyway, the waterfall didn't work, had to get a diverter valve from the internet, installed it, now the waterfall works great, then the heater started to leak. Took it out, called the people I got the diverter valve from to get a new heater, no match, never heard of the spa company. The spa cooked the heater, went up to 107 degrees while we where at work. Called Depot to tell them to please stop selling these tubs. I am a stock holder and these tubs are not worth selling. SO, the heaters are formed from Bakelite and tried 2 times to coat the heater with plastic resin to fix the leak, to no avail, now I have to buy another heater from THEM at 152 bucks for the same plastic heater. I am a licensed electrician with plumbing experience and have had more down time with this tub than use. Please people, spend the extra money to get a better tub than this company offers. I will replace the heater, but have guts from another tub that I removed from some home owners that didn't want it, I will use the heater until IT starts leaking and replace all the controls that I can easily get parts for. The tub itself is nice, but the plumbing at the factory is done poorly. My old diverter valve was packed with silicone and you could hardly turn it. September 28, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Wouldn't Buy It Again I have owned this three person hot tub almost a year and a half. It's still under warranty; good thing. Six months after I started using it the heater went out. They shipped me one right away. I put it in myself, no big deal. Six months later the pump went out, January, cold, below freezing. Now you can't drain it completely so the manual says to put a small space heater underneath to keep it from freezing, lol. I drained as much as I could and used a couple of drop lights underneath. It worked. They shipped me one right away and I installed it. It's now six months later and the heater has gone out again! Second one! Well as usual they said they would ship me one right away. I asked the tech support guy how much the heaters will cost me when the two year warranty is up. He said $159, but that this one has been 'improved'. I sure hope so. The filter system is not easy to get the filter in and out. The side panel you need to remove to access the components is poorly made as is the wood frame underneath. The entire wood frame is held together with staples! Yeah. Not a screw or nail anywhere. The side panel is made of vertical redwood colored plastic tongue in groove pieces about 4 or 5 inches wide. They like lay the pieces on the floor tongue in groove for the right size then lay three strips of 4 inch wide plywood lengthwise across it. Now here's the kicker. They 'attach' the plywood to the plastic strips with HUNDREDS of staples. Well when I take it off and put it on as often as I do to change out the failing components the staples work out and the 'panel' falls apart. Today I bought some stainless steel screws to rebuild the panel. What a pain, but it has to be done. The only plus with this company is that they ship parts out fast. Now fifteen years ago I bought a Jacuzzi brand 5 person hot tub when I lived up in West Virginia. It ran perfectly year round for eleven years. Then the jet pump went out. I guess you get what you pay for. August 17, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by New Hot tub We purchased this spa for a vacation home we own and because the deck was a bit smaller, we opted for a narrower tub. The tub is well built and has quite a number of nice features that our 11 year old tub (also purchased from HD) doesn't have. Basically I like it. The problems I have with it are....The filter cover is not as the picture shows and sticks up quite a bit higher. Because of this the recliner is great for a person 5'5" but not 6'3" like our older one. The tub only has a very small place to step down into rather than a set of internal steps. The 6hp pump is very powerful. It's actually a bit too powerful and after about 10 min we're forced to turn it to the lower speed. The electronics all work well and the changing led lights are a nice touch. The "waterfall" is a bit of a joke. I don't see us putting that on very often. The "owner's manual" is on DVD inside the tub and it's pretty lame on a number of items. After 8 pages of warnings it doesn't tell you how to properly drain the tub. Since I've had spas most of my adult life, I didn't think I'd need instructions to drain, but if you take off the drain cap, nothing happens. You actually need to pull the cap out about 2 inches which allows the water to flow. Would I buy this tub again? Probably not, but it works well and I'll just have to get used to some of the strange things with it. July 21, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Love It I have owned this for over 10 months. I am so pleased with it. There are three different zones and each gets a different part of your body. The jets are powerful. It has only impacted my electric bill very slightly. To be fair I want to express what could be negative factors. The lounge part is shallow. I wish it was a few inches deeper. The owners manual is attached on the inside of the cabinet and without knowing that it can be frustrating. The seven LED lights are really one small lightening area that cycles thru diffrerent colors. I don't care...I am older and do not want to see myself anyway. For an individual who is older, or a couple, I can highly recommend this. I sleep better, it does not hurt to move so much. Of all the things I have ever done for myself....this is the best!
