Rated 4 out of 5 by from I was a bit reluctant to buy a Spa from the Home Depot since there a home improvement company and... I was a bit reluctant to buy a Spa from the Home Depot since there a home improvement company and not a Pool or Spa company but the price with the number of jets couldn't be beat anywhere. The spa was delivered as promised on the date specified, the delivery person was by himself but he was able to get spa in front of my garage with my help. I hired a professional to move the spa in the back of my property on a cement pad and he hook it up. After taking all the covering off and having the spa hooked up, It worked great. My wife an I are using it for arthritic therapy and it is so relieving, the jets are strong, the heat is consistent and its just a thrill to hop in it when the weather is cold. I'm so happy we purchased the Spa and I would recommend it to anyone.

It looks way better in person and my husband and I were really impressed with the quality and how strong the jets are. It looks like we paid a lot more for it. I don't know what it's made of but the inside is really shiny and smooth and when we were looking at hot tubs we saw the exact same controls on other brands that were way more expensive. The water stays really warm and our electricity bill hasn't gone up as much as we thought it would with it being so cold outside. The seats are very comfortable and the jets hit in just the right spots. Even up close the sides look like they're real wood even though they aren't. Plus they seem pretty durable and the one we took off to connect the wires went right back on with no problems when we were finished. As soon as I get out I look forward to getting in it again.

Would highly recommend it. I have used it for 3 months. I am in my 60's and refer to this as my retirement gift to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my hot tub Lots of jets and very relaxing. Use it daily. Wife and children also love this thing. Did have a problem with the heater after a year of use but called the number in the user's guide and then sent a replacement no charge, no hassles - just serial number and error code and replacement part was on the way. Set up took some work and some money but reasonable amounts of both. Got a EZ-pad for a 400 and my teenage son and I were able to set up. The electrician cost about 700 but then we were up and running. Remember to put some money aside for chemicals and you may want steps, a bar and some nice robes. Feels like living in luxury.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tub exceeds our expectations We absolutely love this SPA...the powerful jets and 2 pumps operation gives us the best we could have hoped for while relaxing...Customer service is great, only had one small problem with one side of the cabinet being split and they are taking care of that for us no questions asked...the water fall, wide open will reach the middle of the lounger so we keep it toned down a little but absolutely love it, it could use better lighting or maybe a light on the far side as the one light doesn't light up the whole spa at night..but only downfall i've found so far...definately recommend this to anyone looking to purchase...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love our new spa As other reviewers have said, the waterfall and light are pretty much useless features. Could have left them out completely and not diminished the experience at all. Other than that, we love this spa! The amount and locations of jets work out just fine, and there is plenty of control over which jets to increase or decrease the pressure. Like more power for jets in one area? Turn down the other ones. Pump size is just fine, no problem. The main pump has low and high speeds, and the other one is high only. The only bad thing I can say about the experience is that the cover had shipping damage, but the spa company had it replaced in less than two weeks with just a couple phone calls. We looked at a lot of different tubs and deals before picking this one, and think it is a definite value for the money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from uninsulated Had a defective heater . New one sent. Ends on wiring had to be change. Spinning jets popped out after a year. Quick replacement. Installed myself. Although customer service has been great the tub has nothing but spray on insulation on the shell and aluminum sheet around the outside frame. I have installed foam board under and on the side with r 17 value. Not a northern tub if the temp goes below 30% look for a different tub. This hot tub is made by Laguna Spas. I gave an average rating because customer service has been fast and responsive

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Long, but MUST read this before you buy... I bought this hot tub because of the amount of jets it had and because it was advertised as a 6 person hot tub. For starters 6 was probably meant for 6 kids, not 6 adults. If you get 4 adults in there, you better make sure you know everyone because its going to be a very intimate experience. The tub itself looks very nice, but let me share with you a detailed description of why this tub and company is J-U-N-K! To start Home and Garden Spa = Laguna Bay Spas (same company different name) I bought this spa on 4/13/14. It arrived on 4/30/14, but I had an issue with my patio being completed before I could even install it and plug it in. On 7/2/14 we got the patio done and we finally were able to turn on the hot tub for the first time. (Which stunk because the warranty starts the day the tub arrives) The hot tub worked great until 7/20/14 when we first started getting heater problems (error codes on the control panel) I called Laguna Bay and told them about my heater errors. I spoke to Billy (there are only 2 or 3 people in that office) he told me they had a known history of bad heaters, and that he would send me a new one and cover the labor for the installation. Ok great...I thought. No problem. He sent me another heater which I had installed on 8/6/14. (I was not there during the install because the installer came while I was at work so I could not inspect the malfunctioning heater) Hot tub was back and running and worked great....for a few weeks. On 9/7/14 we saw that again we were having the same heater issues. I once again call Laguna Bay and explain to them the same issue I had before. Billy tells me to take pictures of my electrical wiring and email it to him. I do so. Billy tells me that I don't have it wired together correctly, and that he is surprised it is even running with that wiring setup. I have Billy speak to my electrician and Billy threatens to void my warranty if its not done how the manual instructs the wiring to be done. We say fine, we change the entire setup and the wiring is now to their liking and specifications. Now we try to turn on the hot tub and it immediately trips the breaker. We UNPLUG 3 connectivity wires on the "Made in China" heater that is connected to the "brain" of the hot tub and the tub turns on but does not heat. So I call Laguna Spa back and talk to Billy again and tell him that this is going on. He sends me a new heater (which he claimed was a more "beefed up" version- no idea what even means) which arrives on 9/29/14. I have the new heater installed on 10/8/14. Upon inspecting the malfunctioning heater we removed, we found there was water inside the electrical element of the heater (which caused the sudden tripping). The water was inside an area where electrical wiring and circuit boards were suppose to be waterfree. I have been emailing with Laguna Bay Spas for weeks now trying to get them to reimburse the labor involved, but they say my 90 day warranty has expired. My response is that they have been sending me bad heaters and never solved the problem the original problem that was happening while I was under their 90 day labor warranty. Think of it this way. You buy a brand new Honda car with a 50,000 mile warranty. On the 35,000 mile your transmission blows (Honda tells you they knew about their bad transmissions and will repair it on their dime because you are under warranty) You get it repaired. On 50,200 mile your transmission blows again. You take it in to get repaired and you find out that it was the same issue as before, but now you have to pay for the labor to get it repaired. The ORIGINAL problem was still the MANUFACTURER'S MISTAKE!! Now I am responsible for paying my electrician (who revamped the entire system for no reason) and hot tub repair man because Laguna Bay Spas (aka Home and Garden) can not make something as simple as a heater that doesn't let water inside!!? Originally they said they would work with me to resolve the problem once and for all, they dragged their feet and now once my 90 day labor warranty expired they are holding me responsible for paying to fix a problem that LAGUNA BAY SPA KNEW ABOUT FOR MONTHS!
