Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by dorrie great product, nice result
If you suffered through the old Wagner sprayer, that spit, sprayed unevenly and everywhere, you will be so happy with this product.
The results were nice. I used it for my cabinet doors, turning them from oak to white. Adjusts from a super-light spray all the way to a much heavier spray. It's lighter weight than the old dinosaur. HVLP helps the fine finish. The overspray is minimal. Extremely easy to clean! You don't need the cleaner attachment. You just run soapy water through it, and open the nozzle to clean the needle, etc, and it will be like new for you to use again.
Caution: keep it at right angle for even spray.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hbradley Gets the Job Done Faster!
This paint sprayer gets the job done faster than I could with a paint brush and roller. I was able to complete all of my cabinet doors (2 coats) in under an hour. It takes a little getting used to and I recommended using a practice piece first to understand how it sprays, but overall I like it and it was worth the purchase.
It does produce a higher picture noise so I wear hearing protection. The overspray was no where near what I thought it would be though so I didn't see the need for a face mask (although if I was indoors spraying, I would wear a face mask).

Loved the ease of this product. Only con is straining the paint. We used an old piece of screen. Highly recommend straining all paint. One little clump and it blocks up.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JAG Very happy with this sprayer
I'm in the process of painting my kitchen cabinets, and so far I've sprayed water based primer, paint, and top coat. The primer and paint required thinning with water. So I followed the manufacturers recommendations and the Finish Max sprayer was great! Everything spayed very easily and evenly. The only problem I had (and this wasn't the fault of the sprayer) was that over time the primer and water separated and the primer became very watery and started to run. After realizing what happened, I made sure to mix or swirl frequently and had no problems after that. I did make sure to clean it immediately after every use, which really wasn't more time consuming than cleaning a paint brush... just make sure to follow the instructions.

I used this a few times now. Each time the sprayer gets plugged and sprays sporadically. I've used poly to thinned chalk paint. I even tested with water and it still sputters.

I had a lot of problems getting poly to go on my projects without leaving brush marks. Tried brushes (Purdy and cheap ones) and foam brushes. I wasn't happy with the results. After reading reviews decided to give this sprayer a try. Really happy with the results. Leaves a smooth finish.
