It worked well the first time.
Second time the end cap popped off and paint ended up all over the carpet.
Third time waiting for part. In the mean time put screws and duct tape on the end that popped off the previous time--that worked. But, it started leaking from the other end of the roller. Still waiting for the part.
The only reason we keep trying it is because it greatly speeds up painting of large areas.

The Home Right C800804 Pro Electric Paint Roller failed after less than one day's use. After only about three hours of use, a plastic part that connects the roller to the paint supply cracked. That was wrapped with duct tape to try to prevent leaks and continue work. After another three or so hours of work, a plastic end cap on the roller popped out, and paint sprayed over everything nearby, including dribbles on the wall and a large quantity of paint on the floor. That was a huge mess to clean up. Fortunately, the floor was not covered with carpet and no furniture was in the room. That would have a disaster. The wall had to be sanded to remove the paint dribbles, which had not been noticed during the time required to clean the paint off the floor. Not only did I waste a lot of time cleaning up the mess, but also I wasted a relatively large volume (perhaps a half gallon) of expensive paint.

Great concept, but poorly engineered roller. As others before me have stated paint spews out of the door/clip holding the end of the roller to the roller frame. Paint constantly drips out onto the floor. The time spent cleaning the leaks is counter productive and time consuming. Time better spent using paint pan and traditional roller and cover.
The pump, tubing, and related accessories (not the roller system) were great. Cleanup of machine and tubing really simple. Roller frame, cover and insert time consuming as they retain paint.
Purchased as homeowner to paint the interior of a 3 1/2 car garage (completely drywalled-new). Extremely diappointed that the roller cannot be better engineered to stop the leaking from the roller cover end. Finish job, including second coat of paint, with traditional paint pan and roller.
Sorry, I cannot reccomend this product based on mess and waste of paint and time caused by the existing leaking roller.
Don't waste your time or money!!

This product has a serious design flaw. The end of the roller has a cap with holes!! I spent more time wiping off paint from the roller than I did painting. I want my money back, terrible product, why would you sell this?
