This faucet works well in my outdoor shower. Removable supply fittings are a real plus. Would buy this faucet again.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Doug Good use options and great value.
Installation was very easy. Some have commented about the valve handles getting sloppy and mine did too. I applied a bit of Loctite to the handle scews and haven't had them getting loose since. I really like the option of using a garden hose fitting.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Mike Disassemble the unit BEFORE installation!
First off, I was dismayed that the center-to-center specs are nowhere to be found in the description of the product. So when I got to the Home Depot and saw the sign that said 4" centers, I was very pleased because that's what my old unit was plumbed for. It wasn't until I tried to install the faucet that I found that it was actually 3-1/2" centers. So now I've got additional work, but since I had the wall open, it wasn't that big of a deal.
After installation, I turned the water back on and tested my new faucet. LEAKED LIKE A SIEVE from the cold handle. Took the valve apart and found that the O-ring was trashed during assembly. I didn't want to have to take everything apart and return to Home Depot so I checked my "inventory". I just happened to have a Peerless valve with an O-ring that matched pretty close. Put everything back together and it seems to work just fine.
I highly recommend that you take the unit apart and make sure everything is in good working order BEFORE installation! It may save you a LOT of time.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by TM Frustrating for the DIYer
The faucet is heavy-duty, of excellent quality and would be an good choice for its original use as a laundry faucet.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by topeagle Good product for the price
The faucet was easy to install; functions as designed. For the price, it is a good buy. However, I might suggest that if you anticipate using the faucet over several years, you might want to consider the heavier model by Central Brass (about $15 more). I have installed that model also and it is a little more 'robust'. It depends upon your budget; would recommend both.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by TargetDrone Home Depot doesn't carry repair parts!
After a few years, the seals wore out and it started dripping. No big deal, I'll just replace them. But when I tried to remove the old handle, it was frozen so hard the brass stem in the cartridge broke when I was trying to remove it. And despite their having sold this exact same faucet under three different brands, B&G, Glacier Bay, and Homewerks, Home Depot does not carry replacement seals or cartridges! I was very annoyed that I had to buy this as a replacement faucet, as I couldn't leave my house without water waiting for a spare part.
I regret buying this faucet.

Easy to install. Handles are smooth on/off. Hose hook up feature is nice. Looks industrial, which I liked. Great value!
