CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 2.6 out of 5 by 7 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by AVOID THIS PRODUCT. Catstrophic Failure Stay Away from these hoses!!! Just experienced a catastrophic failure of the hose after being installed for one week. The connection point between the braid and the 3/8 compression broke off and led to massive water damage in my house after only about 3 minutes. thank goodness we were home at the time. Totally destroyed brand new vanity that I know have to trash and replace. In the meantime, I have replaced both brand new hoses with different brand. Do not know if they will be any better, but have used those for years without any issues. Home Depot needs to pull these hoses immediately!!! September 9, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Compare before purchase Compare the quality of the cone washer in the connectors with those in higher priced lines. Some are not even cones. Expect low quality of all materials you can't see if the washers are low quality. Tightening connector cuts cheap washer leading to leaks later, if not now. How much is not having a leak worth? If cheapest materials are used, expect cheapest assembly methods also. Just the way some businesses think. April 26, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by 2 failures in a year! I have had two of these lines fail in the last year. Both just started to drip into the cabnit. Damaging the floor of the cabnit. Buy something else. Cheap Chinese junk. December 17, 2013
