Customer Reviews

2-Tier Steel Wire Rolling All-Purpose Cart in Gray is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Inaccurate instructions, flimsy wheels, does not fold super flat 1 star off for bad instructions. 1 star off for parts mismatch. 1 more off for cheap parts. I wanted to like this, but I do not. At least it doesn't cost a bundle. For starters, the instructions are not good. The number of cotter clips and cotter pins does not match what you get. Springs come with it, but they are not listed in the parts list or are they indicated in the instructions. At least the parts list is named with text, but then there is no English/French/Spanish for the assembly instructions, just pictures. I'm mechanically inclined, but it was a bit difficult to decipher. The real problem was the cotter pins/clips. These are indicated to be bent in two places, but only the pins are really bendable, and there is only one set of those given. The clips need to be on the wheel hub and bent to lock, but the clips are not easily bendable, and trying to bend them appears counter-productive to holding the wheel on. Then there are the springs. Where do they go? (Hint: behind the wheel against the cart, but make sure the washer backs it.) The wheels are not large enough to feel comfortable to take this on a long walk to the store. I'd only use this for short runs. The cart needs a better quality wheel and axle. The two levels are nice. Yes. That works well. But then when you fold it down, it doesn't get flat enough.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice cart, but missing parts Although this cart is really nice once put together, the assembly was much more difficult than it should have been. A couple of parts were missing, and a couple of other parts were added in without any instructions related to those two parts. The added parts were springs, but the parts list and instructions did not mention the springs at all. I figured out where they were to go on the axle. The missing parts were a couple of cotter pins. I had some extras at home and so used those. The instructions were not very clear either. Having said all this about the construction, I would still recommend the cart itself. It's pretty sturdy and rolls nicely. It has two sections so that you can carry two bags or other items without one crushing the other.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight & Ready to Use I love this little cart. I use it to haul all sorts of things around my house. My husband uses it to store and move tools when working on small-mid size DIY projects. It is very light weight. Good wheels to ensure it stays on the floor, and a little stand to keep it balanced. The handle is comfy and is padded to avoid callouses. Folds up nicely and can be stored in a laundry room or small space in the garage. Very little assembly required. Not for use with super heavy items.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very handy cart I have been looking for one of these for a while, but a sturdy one and this one certainly is. Our garage is connected to our home by a rather long breezeway and carrying groceries in can at times be a real hassle, especially after a "stock up" trip to the grocery store. This cart can handle quite a few bags, and with the diving shelf the bottom items do not get crushed, also it has a padded handle which makes it even more comfortable to use

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Rolling cart This is one easy to use Rolling Steel cart. It was very easy to set up and put together, about 10 min, handle and wheels are easy to pop on, pull out the cage, that's it, very easy!! I use this cart all over the house. It handles stairs without a problem because it has big strong wheels. Good in the laundry, in the garage, or out in the yard, I love this cart, very strong and well made.!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dont waste your time or money! Product is very poor quality. Some where along the line the manufacturer must have changed the model because the instructions do not match the components! Although you may be able to figure it out, the components don't mesh well either, making the cart very flimsy, unstable and down right ugly! Handle pops off constantly, even with minimal weight in cart. I do not recommend to anyone! will definately return this item!
