Nice rack and easy to assemble. Occasionally have to push arms back in. Folds up easily. Design-wise, if you put a fair sized towel on the top rungs, it would drip on anything hung on a lower rung. I would still recommend.

This is the best drying rack I've had. Easy to assemble & is very sturdy. Much better quality than my old wood one. After I bought mine I got one for my daughter.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DavidG who needs Samsonite
Excellent materials, very sturdy, folds nicely and lots of rods for drying. This is the equivalent of Samsonite's drying rack which costs $50-$88 minus the useless wheels and slings. I have both. The Samsonite has slightly easier hooks on the top rack when erecting the rack for use, but that is just my opinion, others might chose otherwise.
I love this thing. No wood ever again. Wood racks start sagging and tilting as they age, this one should last decades, and from Home Depot it's cheaper than the inferior racks at BB&B.
Sorry. This rack is so awesome I can't stop praising it.

Sturdy & was easy to put together. Easy to collapse for storage. I use it all the time in my small apartment to save on the cost of using the building dryer.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ricardo Good product BUT has a fatal problem
I completely agree with Amelia: "Would have been great BUT..." Potentially a five-star product, this had a weak and ultimately fatal problem: the plastic fastening device that must be used to open or close the rack was so tight that each time we used the rack, we had to apply a lot of pressure to connect or disconnect it. Finally, less than a year after purchase, the plastic snapped because of this too-tight connection, so a rack that otherwise would have been easy to use and would likely have lasted for years went into the recyle bin.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nickname Quality control issues and poor packing
The first rack I received had broken plastic pieces at the end of the rods. I returned it and ordered another. The second one arrived with the same plastic pieces broken and with 9 rods instead of 11. I find it a bit comical the product overview states they have "stringent quality control methods".
It looks like it would be a fine drying rack if I could get a complete one that isn't broken. I'm ordering a third rack BEFORE returning this last one so I can hopefully piece one complete, unbroken rack together.
If you have a store close to you for the return, and with the luck I've had, I'd recommend ordering an additional rack right from the start.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 1redwingnut EXCELLENT buy!!
My husband assembled these racks (I bought 2 of them) with my 5 year old nephew in 5 minutes. I used both racks after washing all my husband's 4xlt shirts, and hung 7 shirts on each rack. Pretty heavy, but I was NEVER nervous that one of them was going to collapse. Very sturdy, and very easy to release the one side and close it up for storage until next time. These were the best buys I have made in a long time! Bought both online and had shipped to the store to save shipping fees. Will be recommending these to my Mother, too, as they are very light-weight!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by spanky A big improvement over the wooden metal drying rack it replaced.
Much stronger and sturdier than the wooden drying rack it replaced. It was easy to assemble. It is easier to compress for storage.
