The product was easy and intuitive to assemble; I was able to put it together in under 10 minutes. There are no screws or tools needed. The locking features on the wheels are sufficient and a nice feature. Generally, the product works as advertised. The height can be adjusted, and the bars are held in place via tension.
All these features do lead to one major drawback: It doesn't hold weight well. After I added about 40 items (including shirts, pants, and dresses), the bottom bars popped out and the structure buckled under the weight. It was clear the garment rack was not meant to hold an entire wardrobe. I tried transferring the coat closet (about 12 coats) and the same thing happened. I think if the bottom rods were more secure, say, with screws, this would not have been an issues. The adjusted-height, held via tension, did however hold strong.
The height-adjusting feature is also a little awkward; it's easy to lock it into place at an incline. You have to eyeball it, and I'm not sure it's really possible to achieve true flatness. The bars could benefit from having some lines on them to aide in height selection.
Overall, the product works as advertised, but I won't be using this in my closet because it simply cannot handle the weight of my wardrobe. I think this product would be great for kids clothes which are smaller and lighter, or for use in a laundry room to hang some wet clothes or drape some wet linens over to dry.

It cannot hold several garments on one side. It must be even balanced. Bad for store or home businesses with clothes.. I had mine tipped over twice!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by SWong Decent garment rack for the price
I was somewhat concerned reading some of the "less than glowing" reviews of this garment rack however having assembled and put this to use it is a decent clothing rack when reasonable amounts of ironed shirts are hung which is what I am using this garment rack for. For those who wash and iron their own shirts on a weekly basis this is a very cost effective garment rack for both "wash and wear" shirts along with ironed cotton shirts. Design though NOT perfect (base should always be wider than tallest part) it plays nicely with your ironing board. I have even used this to hang wet bath towels and it performs to my liking. For those wanting to hang huge amounts of clothing on the top two bars you can prevent this garment rack from tipping by simply stacking anything heavy on the bottom lengthwise to counteract the top-heavy load.

The rack kept falling apart unit i put glue in all the joints to hold it better. Still too light on bottom and wants to tip over the bottom needs to have some kind of weighs in it. I will fix that problem eventually - I may fill bottom tubes with sand or small stones.

One pole arrived bent in an oval shape and wouldn't fit into the round hole. Connecting parts are plastic and one hanging rod bracket cracked right away. Rack is on wheels and quite shaky to move.
