If you tilt back on the two larger back wheels seems like it should. I have no problem going over curbs with it.

Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your question. This cart features dual front wheels and large rear wheels for easy maneuvering. For use on stairs, it is recommended to pull by the handle up the stairs so the large rear wheel can climb them first. Thank you for your interest in Honey-Can-Do.

Rated 2.3 out of 5 by 31 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by I wouldn't buy this cart again. Broke the third time I used. Was no where near 150#. Returning it. October 25, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Review This product is not for heavyweight load. Its not sturdy and it's easy to break. October 21, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Wheel messed up first day within an hour I had two folding chairs and table clothes and place setting for two only in mine and one of the wheels on the cart messed up within the first hour .. not pleased and need to find out about warranty October 18, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A real need Only issue I have is it's a little bigger than I wanted it for!!! But it's doing the job! October 16, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poorly designed The assembly was a bit difficult, as the cross bar was in the wrong position and I had to force it over the side hook. The hooks are apparently made to rest on the diagonal support when open. The design of the front wheel placement is not well made. You can only fold the cart flat with the wheels in one position. It doesn't close completely flat. September 6, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst product I've ever purchased from Home Depot This product arrived quickly, and that was the best thing about it. It arrived with only one of the bolts to secure the wheels. The first time that I used it the back of the cart popped out. The front wheels are not easily guided. This is not a good product nor a good buy. It is not suitable for use if you're transporting more than 10 pounds. It's junk! One star rating is too high for this cart. Keep your money or buy another product. June 28, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Cheaply made The cart is very flimsy. Plastic wheels opposed to rubber wheels.Very light weight. I would be affraid to load to much in it for fear it may fall apart. June 21, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not the greatest- I guess I read the description wrong, because I thought it said free-wheeling front wheels, and that it would be easy to maneuver. The front wheels go in two different directions making it difficult to steer - this is when you have items in the basket. I only use it for grocery shopping & usually fill it with groceries for the week. I use it to go from the car in the parking garage to the elevator & then from the elevator to our apartment. It is a struggle to get it to move - the front wheels are the problem. I wouldn't recommend this particular one. July 28, 2015
