Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by sunny Easy to use and install but tried 3 of them and all of them were 5 degrees below the correct temperature. Customer service said they could not be recalibrated and told us to return them to the store.

It was easy to install, and easy to program. You can always trust Honeywell.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by city good thermostat, programming a challenge
The thermostat works just fine. We have a lot of Honeywells throughout our facilities. This particular one was purchased because of the auto heat/cool. Initially the auto feature was not appearing for heat/cool. You need to go into the advanced setup menu to access feature 12, then set it to auto switchover. The manual does explain this in the advanced setup section. It is very easy to do, but the thermostat did not come with this feature already enabled. That was probably a poor, but necessary choice on Honeywell's part. I would purchase this product again and recommend it to others. Just be prepared to do some more programming than you may have been used to.

It seems to work fine, however a little over priced. Should have better instructions included with it.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by goobiemom great product, easy to set up
We think that this will save us money in addition to increasing the comfort level of the house. It's so nice waking up in a warm house. Very easy to program, even for a non-tech type person.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Cmin7b5 Simple reliable thermostat
I've purchased several of these over the years for different installations including residential and commercial buildings. These are simple to setup and are very reliable, frugal with their battery consumption, and don't require any additional wiring (no "C" wire) like the popular WiFi thermostats do.
That said, this thermostat is drastically over-priced, and so are all of the digital thermostats these days. I say this with confidence because the cost to manufacture one of these is down to less than $5, so I find it obnoxious that these are priced over $60. However, this is the cheapest thermostat with auto-changeover available at any home center, so it will have to do.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JamesB Good thermostat for the price - not feature rich but functional
Easy to install - instructions are well written.
I didn't want to pay a fortune for features I would never use, for me having a thermostat connected to a wireless network is not important so this one had just enough features to provide for program settings for the days and nights and was not overly complicated to use.
