Rated 2.9 out of 5 by 7 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very poor design There are so many design flaws... Most importantly, it is too easy for a young child to figure out the hot water. I have to just turn it off completely, making the whole unit pointless, basically. All you have to do is push the red button and boiling hot water comes out. The (plastic) paddle thing is just for looks? and it gets in the way when you are trying to use the boiling water. The cold water - the (cheap, plastic) paddle is what you have to push, and the blue button is for looks - I don't understand. And, the paddle is so flimsy that most often, the person gets water all over. So cheap. Do not be fooled buy the storage section in the bottom - mine is a frequent toy hider. It should be refrigerated, don't you think? What exactly would you store in there? It also makes insanely loud noises when it is cooling/boiling. February 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good looking, great performance I've been looking for a water cooler for a while now but never bought one because most of them looked horrible; they would drag down the look of my kitchen. Finally I got to this unit which is great looking and under a well recognized and trusted brand - I have honeywell thermistat and humidifiers at Home. So far, its working perfectly, dispensing cold and hot water as it should. I recommend it to anyone looking for a water drinking solution without The funny taste that comes out of the tab. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works great, nice desing and black color. Great product, I am not giving it 5 star, because Cold water need to be colder.... Besides that Working great. July 3, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Broken dispenser in a month The plastic dispensing levers are not strong, bad design. Only had mine about a month and the cold lever is broken. April 23, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Could be better for honeywell The main thing about this unit is it has not leaked. The only complaint is that to dispense water you have to push back on a plastic piece with a cup, and no child proof. February 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by water cooler There isnt a temperature control, so if you like your water really cold you cant set it lower, other than that we're happy with our purchase August 6, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible After almost 10 years with a GE water cooler, we decided to try this Honeywell model. There are 2 good things I can say about it ... The black color is nice, and the design is compact. As for the rest of it ... terrible! • The levers you push with your cup to dispense the water are made of a very cheap plastic, and there is a lot of "play" in them from left to right. I fully expect that they will break soon. • The pump is LOUD! Extremely loud. We double-checked that there weren't any packing issues or other reasons for the ridiculously loud pump. It's completely unacceptable. • Putting the water jugs onto the cooler is a joke. You simply cannot do it without spilling water everywhere ... the top ring on which the jug sits is too small, making it impossible to place the jug on there without getting water everywhere. And if you don't open the jug before putting it on the cooler, the plastic "needle" in the cooler will break very soon, because it's not remotely sturdy. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with this purchase. I would NOT recommend this model water cooler for anyone. August 19, 2014
