Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worse purchase ever This is the worst cooler I'm trying to return it. The water has not gotten cold yet . I have a disability so I must get some one to return this to the store for me. December 15, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very poor design There are so many design flaws... Most importantly, it is too easy for a young child to figure out the hot water. I have to just turn it off completely, making the whole unit pointless, basically. All you have to do is push the red button and boiling hot water comes out. The (plastic) paddle thing is just for looks? and it gets in the way when you are trying to use the boiling water. The cold water - the (cheap, plastic) paddle is what you have to push, and the blue button is for looks - I don't understand. And, the paddle is so flimsy that most often, the person gets water all over. So cheap. Do not be fooled buy the storage section in the bottom - mine is a frequent toy hider. It should be refrigerated, don't you think? What exactly would you store in there? It also makes insanely loud noises when it is cooling/boiling. February 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product. I like the desing and product handle functions. At the beginning water was little tasty, after couple used it works great. We have a better kitchen thanks to the Honeywell water Cooler. June 30, 2015
