Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Waste of money Bought a couple of weeks ago and have replaced the belt three times already. Went to use it for the first time and the belt was already broken and also the cover to the belt was broken. Do not buy this vacuum! October 23, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unhappy camper The first I took it for test spin within 15 min. It stopped working, thought I trip a circuit checked them plug it back in worked for another 5 mins. And that was that. I found out it wasn't the circuit breaker it was the vacuum cleaner. September 18, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty good vacuum for the price I have a cleaning company and am using this vacuum every day. Overall, the quality is good. It is lightweight and pushes easily (it is not self propelled but feels like it is). The dust cup is very easy to dump and I have noticed that you have to tap out the hepa filter very often or you will notice it in performance. BIGGEST downfall is that the hose attachment is at the bottom of unit and is not super easy to detach from the vacuum. Also I like to have my attachments ready to put on the hose, but the way it is attached to the vacuum you have to take off the connecting pieces, pull the pieces apart and insert into the hose. This seems trivial but when you are doing this motion several times in a house cleaning like I am, this is a huge extra step that I am not happy about. Overall , the vacuum does perform well (not so great on wood floors). I am still on the lookout for the perfect vacuum, this is not really the best....just mediocre. November 5, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It is a good product for the money. Service and shipping were good. The only problem I have with it is that screen between the filter and the dirt cup has to the dust bunnies rubbed off so that it will filter better and collect all fo the dust. This is my first self-propelled unit and it makes it easier and less strainfull on bad shoulder. August 14, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Vacuum! Great vacuum! It has excellent suction, and a quiet motor. It picks up the fur from my long-haired cats and bunnies very easily. It is self-propelled, so I don't have to push. June 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by office vacuum replacement After much research, we settled upon the Hoover upright. We were originally looking at Dyson, but put off by the cost, even when heavily discounted. We liked this one because it's primarily meant for vacuuming carpet, yet has some on-board tools to get those areas not reachable by a typical upright motorized base. (We were not able to purchase two vacuums for the two separate needs.) We also liked the idea of not having to purchase vacuum bags, even if emptying the bin is a tad messy. It also has a fold-down handle - not necessary for us, but might prove useful for storage, or for transporting when the need arises. The reasonable price sealed the deal. One surprise upon receiving it was the sturdy short cord coming from the vacuum that is meant to connect to the longer extension cord. Nice feature. Less risk of damage to the cord that is attached internally (which we've had to repair on other vacuums), plus we can attach a longer extension if so desired. So far, the 30-foot cord has proved quite sufficient. It's also probably the quietest vacuum we've ever used, which is really nice for preserving one's hearing. And it has a headlamp. Nifty feature. One feature we do wish it had is the ability to turn off the beater while vacuuming bare floors. Otherwise, very happy with this vacuum. August 19, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for smaller office buildings This product is more of a lower grade commercial vac. It is quiet and the tools are helpful on it considering it is a commercial type vacuum. The cord is a little smaller than most heavy duty commercial vacuums, that is why I would recommend this for smaller size offices. The handle is also a little shorter than most commercial vacuums as well. It gets the job done and my cleaning crew likes it, especially the bagless feature and that it is light weight and self propelled! Price was good considering how hard it is to find a commercial grade vacuum with all of the bells and whistles for under $250.00 or so. November 10, 2011
