Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fancypants i would be lost without this vacuum
This is my third vacuum of this same style. I absolutely love this one. It can really take a beating and still keep running. My kids vacuumed up an Inkpen with my first one. It got stuck in the hose, but I got it out and it ran fine for years. The last one I bought is just a spare cause I'm afraid if anything happened to the one I have now, this style might not be available anymore. I love that it's bag less, and you don't get all dusty and dirty from trying to clean out several filters after each use. Only one filter to shake dust out of. Hose is long with great attachments. Great suction too. Sometimes I vacuum for hours at a time, without any problems from overheating.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Benny60013 Great vacuum, terrible wheels
Good vacuum, great suction, lightweight and easy to use. I purchased 3 for my business. All have wheel problems, wheels are loose. I thought the wheels were the problem, but no, it's the wheel well. It just gets looser until the wheel is sideways and doesn't turn anymore. Spoke to a friend who is also in janitorial and he had the same problem with his. I think this product would be ok for residential use but it's definitely not "commercial" quality.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bakerlady good vacuum
I have had several of these vacuums that I use for my business. They last about a year or so. The hose area that goes into the machine gets crimped and things get stuck in there and you have to blow it out or put a longer hose in to suck it out. Suction is good for maybe 6 months, you have to change the final filter about every 2 weeks or so, and best to buy washable filters. It says it has HUSH mode, but it is not, it is the same.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Serious Vacuumer Durable product. Deep cleans.
This product is indestructible. Own two of these machines. We have a long coat germanshepherd, and three cats. This machine is used every day. Doesn't jam. Belts don't break. One has been going for at least 4 years. It keeps on going. This is the only machine that has been able to tackle pet fur without problem.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by AnneintheGarden Hoover Hush Bagless Upright Vacuum
I bought this because the Hush feature was suppose to really be quiet (won't wake the baby) but it is NOT much quieter than operating the vacuum on Normal.
The filter needs to be cleaned or washed frequently or it affects suction.
It does not get close to the wall edge or baseboards so you have to get out the attachments every time!
The hose is not long enough to do much of anything. You will need to buy some attachments to clean ceiling fans, curtains, cobwebs...
It started out with really great suction but after a little more than a year, it seem to lost some power. (despite new hoses and filter)
Good for the price but much louder than expected and not designed well.

Bought a couple of weeks ago and have replaced the belt three times already. Went to use it for the first time and the belt was already broken and also the cover to the belt was broken. Do not buy this vacuum!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by handygirl Good for smaller office buildings
This product is more of a lower grade commercial vac. It is quiet and the tools are helpful on it considering it is a commercial type vacuum. The cord is a little smaller than most heavy duty commercial vacuums, that is why I would recommend this for smaller size offices. The handle is also a little shorter than most commercial vacuums as well. It gets the job done and my cleaning crew likes it, especially the bagless feature and that it is light weight and self propelled! Price was good considering how hard it is to find a commercial grade vacuum with all of the bells and whistles for under $250.00 or so.
