I was delighted at first with the suction of my vacuum, but after six months, the body surrounding the motor cracked! I wasn't even vacuuming at the time, and it significantly lowered the suction power. Then, whilst pulling the vacuum back across the floor, it knocked the skirting board of the wall, and something on the motor broke, made a terrible noise, smell and scared me.
I assumed a product from Hoover would be a bit longer lasting, hasn't even been a year, and yet I have had cheap Bissell vacuums for more than 8 years at a time!

I love this machine! The only short-coming (pun intended) is that the hose is short. But if it's placed properly (see video), it stretches out easier. Suction on this vacuum is fantastic. Attachments are all designed into the body of the vacuum (a wand, rotary upholstery cleaner, another brush thing, plus the skinny sucking thing) so you don't have to run around after them. Watch the how-to videos on Hoover's site to see how to use it properly. Not everything is shown in the manual. Watch ALL the videos even if you think you already know the stuff. There are only a few and they all have tips.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Anita great quality, poor design
This vacuum works great, the only problem I had with it was the fact that it does not have a light, (I was used to it from my previous vacuum) but finally I accepted the fact that most new models do not have a light any more. The other major issue was the cord, it was getting under the vacuum everytime I use it and it became very anoying and difficult to use and I decided it was too much to deal with so I took it back. Now I make sure when I buy my new vacuum to check where the cord is attached, it works best if it's on the side or the top, but definatly not from the bottom.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mamaof1 2nd T-series in 2 years
While I was initially pleased, I can not recommend this product. I purchased a Hoover T-Series Windtunnel Bagless Upright (UH70107) in July, 2011. It was easy to put together and I like the attachments. I use my vacuum nearly every day and I appreciated the filters because we live in a wooded area with a lot of dust. But, we had it less than 2 years when the on/off switch broke. I could have ordered a part and/or had it take for repairs but my husband purchased another one in March, 2013. Today, I emptied the dirt and returned the dirt cup and it wouldn't click. I couldn't figure out what was wrong but I could no attach the dirt cup. It would no longer operate it because it had -0- suction. While I'm glad to see that Hoover has a 2 year warranty, I don't think I'll purchase another one.

Watch the videos--all of them--for this product. There were so many things I'd done wrong or hadn't done in putting the vacuum together. For instance there is a hose rest, a way to remove the entire hose to clean it (and in examining these, you'll find the hose stretches longer than it first appears to), and there is a "close clip" for the bottom brush plate that is never mentioned in the manual instructions. On first use (with the close clip open), this vacuum is great. Great suction. And now that I know more about how to put it together, clean it, take it apart, I'm sure it will be a wonderful acquisition. My last Hoover just died (hose exploded off machine) after almost 40 years. It felt like a member of my family, and I'm happy to welcome a new Hoover in today.

LOVE WT3, but may have to return it. It's quiet, light, easy to assemble and powerful. Even though the hose is longer, the extending wand is shorter than my old vacuum (a hoover), so I can go further, but I can't reach further. And there is no floor attachment so I can't reach behind and under my furniture. I tried contacting Hoover directly thru their website about attachments, but no one replies.
Because of the lack of necessary attachments and lack of support, I give it a 3.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GrannyTanny Lightweight, good suction
I bought this vaccuum to replace my Dust Devil upright bagless which was too heavy for me to use. This vaccuum is lightweight, easy to manuver, has great suction and picked up dust, particles of pet food and tracked in leaf material. We have two poodles (who dont shed) but track in litter and a cat who does shed. It cleaned our rugs so well they looked like they had been steam cleaned. This is my second review I have tried to list as we are very pleased with this vaccuum for rugs, hardwood floors and tile floors. The price is very good for the product.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jess1969 Best Vacuum ever
I have had 5 vacuum cleaners over the past 10 years, three of them bagless, and the last one was a Dyson! But this one beats them all by a mile. It is so lightweight, and the sides really suck things from the edges of the wall great. It also works on hard surfaces better than any vacuum I have ever owned. Most of them will spit things out or blow them away, this one really does suck things in from everywhere. The collection cup is large and does not need to be dumped out constantly, and all filters are easily cleaned with water.
I really love the fact that you can see the brushes through the top so that when they get clogged with hair and string I will be able to notice it and access to clean it out is so easy my kids will be able to do it too.
