Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Good Until it Dies I bought this vacuum cleaner a year ago. And almost to the day, it just died. Motor is totally gone. I only vacuum about once per week. When it works it really picks up the dog hair. I have a black lab, and I did not realize how much he sheds until I got this vacuum. I did not expect that a Hoover vacuum would die in a year. I would not recommend this vacuum to anyone because it is really not reliable. i am buying another vacuum but is will not be a Hoover. May 4, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible vacuum cleaner Cordless mechanism broke within 6 months, it throws dirt on short carpets and completely broke one month after warranty expired. I do not recommend this product. April 8, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by EUREKA!!!! One dog and 2 cats = a lot of hair, for me anyway! Have a Hoover wind tunnel, but it is not keeping up anymore. My husband read reviews for an hour on this P.A..W.S Hoover and there were far more good reviews than bad. So he bought it for me and I must say I am here to add to the good reviews! HOLY suction... I, like many, had vacuumed the day before receiving the new vacuum and I can not believe the stuff that this new vacuum picked up, yuk! I swear it was pulling dirt up through the floor from downstairs, lol It also made my carpets look like I cleaned them with my Bissell carpet cleaner! I, like others, decided to keep the extra furniture accessories in the closet instead of attaching them to the vacuum. I love the fact I don't have to wind the cord anymore, just one touch of a button and it winds itself. You wont be disappointed!! February 13, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Brush Roll switch on side bad design Bought the PAWS series T model less than six months ago based on my satisfactory experience with Hoover vacuums in the past. However, the Brush Roll switch on the side for the PAWS series T model is definitely a con for bad design as this switch get stuck on the side of most bed frames. The plastic switch have already been battered and I have to literally lift the (heavy) bed frames to free up this vacuum under the bed frames, making it an incessant pain to use this vacuum. So, I do NOT use this PAWS model in the bedrooms anymore (it sucks due to its limited use); For the bedrooms, i use the old reliable vacuum that does not get stuck under the bed frames. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Vacuum So Far Picked the WindTunnel Pet Vacuum to replace a bagged vacuum we had that had seen better days. We've had it about a month and so far it seems to work well for all surfaces, is light and easy to maneuver around, and the attachments have worked well at getting the cat hair off our fabric covered couches, especially the air powered hand brush. The only slight down side is with all our cats the canister gets a little stuck when emptying at times but that may be user error on our part in figuring out the best way to empty it. On the whole I am very satisfied with the product for the price. March 5, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by If your looking at this you should get It hands down My wife and I were loking for a nrw vacuum when we stumbled across this one, what a find. Its a great item for the price it mever loses suction it works great, with that being said the only draw back if you can call it one is the canister is small and the vacuum sucks up everything so you really havr to empty the canister quite frequently. The attatchments work great and don't have the bristle roller instead it has a rubber roler with paddels that easily pick up the hair and the hair doesn't get stuck in the roller like the old attatchments with the brush type rollers June 25, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by One Year is Not Enough I bought this vacuum cleaner and was very happy with it. With a dog the sheds the vacuum worked perfectly. I would have to clean the brushes off and every once in awhile make sure no hair was blocking the belt, but other than that, it was great. Then today it just died. Of course it is just over one year old (past the manufacture rebate.) I have read a few other reviews that have wrote their vacuum also died soon after a year. Don't waste your money. You may be happy for a little bit, but when you spend this much on something, we hope it lasts awhile. I am not happy. January 9, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic My wife and I purchased this vacuum today to replace the other one we had that died. We have a cat that sheds some and an 18month old. After putting the vacuum together we ran it for a spin around the living room and up 5 steps to test it out. I was amazed at how much it picked up. Actually a little disgusted but I'm glad its off the floor. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone looking for a good quality vacuum with out spending tons of money. I wish the dirt trap was a little bigger than it is but my wife says its similar to our old one. December 17, 2010
