I am using this product to get rid of bedbugs. I sprinkled the product all over my couch and under the compartments. Do I clean up ALL of the powder that I laid down 24 hours ago so that I don't get anymore bed bugs?

Answer:
No, generally you should leave dust (swept into cracks or crevices when possible) and reapply when the dust is no longer present. When applying to mattresses, though, you should vacuum up the dust after four hours.

Rated 3.3 out of 5 by 14 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by awesome... I have used this product several times for a couple of places I lived...one for bed bugs. I sprinkled it on the floor under bed, on box spring and sprayed along with Raid bedbug spray. Didn't have one more bedbug! My other place had become so infested with fleas that no one could step inside without being covered. I removed carpets, sprinkled powder through the whole house and it's now flea free. Unfortunately they don't sell this in Orlando and I'm trying to figure out how to not travel down south to buy some...I'm totally disappointed in the marketing team. August 28, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Does not seem to kill them. Today I put a live bedbug in my bathroom sink and covered him with Hot Shot bedbug powder. Some 15 minutes later, he was still crawling around and looked unaffected. I put salt on him and that seemed to slow him down but didn't kill him. Then I poured apple cider vinegar on him, and that killed him for sure. I made the mistake of throwing away my mattress and have been sleeping on the couch. Now the couch has bedbugs. I scattered Hot Shot powder around the couch, but it does not seem to have kept the bedbugs away. October 10, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by So far...So good I used this product to get rid of the bedbugs that were hiding in the couch. I sprinkled the product along the baseboards and the heater in the living room, sprinkled under the couch and even on the couch to get the bedbugs. After three days, I haven't seen any bedbugs, except for one that was crawling in the kitchen, I killed him quickly, but overall, my couch and the living room is free of them for the moment. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It works I used this on the mattress and the box spring, left it for a week and it killed every bug and eggs that were there. November 1, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bed bugs I found one bed bug over the curtain. I put the bed in a jar along with some powder, its been one hour and the bug still alive. Tomorrow I will give you an update. I really want this thing to work. May 16, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DID NOT WORK!! I bought this product yesterday and powder my whole entire carpet, cracks, and corners but I notice after 24 hours the flea was still visible!!! I caught 4 fleas that night, and than another 3 that morning when I woke up!! I tested the product out and catch some of the fleas and place them in a bag with the product, they did not die!!!It took them a very long time to die finally, but it might be from having no air!! I wish this product with work instantly once the flea gets in contact with it, it should have die instantly!!! September 4, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The way it works Reading reviews, this product is really diatomaceous earth. It works, but you have to understand it is an organic sediment and not a pesticide, so it doesn't kill upon contact. It absorbs the lipids from the insects waxy outer layer of their exoskeletons and causes them to dehydrate. It's not instant and you exchange that immediate kill for an organic, safe environmental way to rid of the insects. September 23, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by no more bed bugs This product works great and I also used hot shot bedbug spray.... January 23, 2015
