As a whole, this stove/oven is a decent value by today's standards. It isn't a Viking, but you aren't paying for the quality of a Viking range. From a performance standpoint, it cooks well and bakes well. The bottom drawer is a bit flimsy which makes it difficult to pull out when loaded with bakeware. But, it is easy to keep clean, simple to use and efficient. IT actually preheats quicker than my expensive GE MONOGRAM oven...and the door shuts better! (I bet it is cheaper to fix should something go wrong with it as well)

I had the same stove and my turkey pan slipped when I checked to see if it was done and started the stove on fire , sooo I bought the same stove again, only now it didn't come with the drip pans so I kept the old ones ,I knew about the drip pans because another reviewer mentioned it,and I bought the stove anyway,I think they should rethink their product to include the pans other wise I just liked the black and white look for my kitchen.....not everyone likes the stainless.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MDR9 Great features, good value
This gas stove has three sizes of burners, so you can place pots on a different burner depending on whether you want to bring something to a boil quickly, simmer, or just keep it warm. Unlike many gas stoves, this stove's burners will turn down low enough so you can simmer a pot of brown rice for 45 minutes without it boiling over. Also, the burners are closed, so food doesn't fall beneath them and make a mess that's hard to clean up. The oven seems to work well, too, although I haven't tried all its features yet.

We have had this range for 5 months now and really like it. The oven and burners heat up quickly and cook evenly. The only thing I would note is that the eyes are different sizes. The two on the left side are standard. The rear right one is smaller and the front right one is larger. Nothing wrong with that - it's just odd and I wasn't expecting that on a gas range. Occasionally the small one doesn't work - this has only happened once or twice when I was using all three other eyes.

Overall it's a good product. It was excellent value for money. So why did I give it only 3 stars? Because the oven it was replacing was 40 years old and could have lasted longer if I has the will to fix it, whilst this product (as with the rest of the industry) will last 10-15 years. So compared to the industry this oven is 4 stars and 5 stars on value for money.Compared with how they used to make products in the past, 3 stars.

Had a pilot light and 4 reg. burner model over 10 years. Decided on this one for cost and consumer report high rating and other positive reviews.
Oven has performed within a few degrees of my Taylor oven thermometer. Light, clock and timer are great. Connected myself with the $20 kit. Only complaint is the right front area where the grate rests gives the grate a wobble.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Linda Exactly what I was looking for
We were looking for something simple and inexpensive but with the common features that everyone likes and this range was perfect. I was a little worried about installation since it was a gas range but it went very smoothly and in a timely fashion.
