Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by VickiZ428 Product OK, rest is not.
I ordered this online, since they didn't have them in store. It was delivered the day it said it would be here. The box was an absolute disaster. UPS guy even commented how it looked like it was drug behind the truck from the East Coast to the West Coast. After opening it, I see minor damage to the product box itself but the product was amazingly in good shape. It didn't come with any instructions and no screws to install it in the cupboard. The description said All hardware included. I guess they don't consider screws being part of that.
I'm happy with the product itself, but the rest of it, not so happy with. I guess that's what you get with free shipping.

The slide base and trash bins are nice quality for the price. However, there are two attachment rods on the sides that have black plastic attachments on each end. I bought one kit and the black plastic attachments broke on both rods when I installed it. So I packed it up and went and got another one, and within 24 hours, 2 of the 4 attachments broke again. I'm going to have to figure out how to jimmy rig this since I like the rest of the product. As the other commenter said as well, both boxes were destroyed and beat up pretty bad.

Although other comments seemed to have customers having trouble with fit inside the cabinet...We did not...It fit beautifully, just like it should! Before ordering I double checked the products dimensions and also checked my cabinet size (an 18" wide base cabinet). The double trash cans are small and will require emptying often (every day probably), but if you are forced to separate your trash for recycle like people are in San Antonio, it works great! And taking out two small bags of trash each day is not a big deal.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lacy Works well but....
Arrived on time but box inside wasnt sealed, fits great, but had NO hardware! Had to make 3 trips to Home Depot just trying to find right screws. Also, it came with extra side supports that weren't needed and no instructions!!!! In short, product itself is fine, but was missing important pieces and shouldve been checked by home depot before shipped.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Workbench Great value and works smooth
Nice slide action. You will need at least the 12" opening including the door to be safe add an extra 1/2" for a 12.5" opening. Since I built the cabinet for it and had it on hand before it was easy to make it fit. It could use a handle on the leading edge of the frame but it is no big deal is you have the height to pull the top of the canister.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JBFC easy to put together and great features with the double can
This was perfect for underneath my sink. I have a small space (most of the space is taken up by the plumbing and garbage disposal) and the size was small enough to fit on the side yet big enough and convenient enough to have a trash can that holds garbage in one and recycle items in the other, and all hidden away no ugly trash can showing in the kitchen. I highly recommend this. LOVE IT!!!!!!!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by NVPT Does not fit
I measured and remeasured my cabinet space and double checked the measurements online. The stats are wrong and this does not fit my cabinet! The dimensions on the box states: Depth: 22" Height:18 7/8" Width:12". The measurements online state:Depth: 18.875" Height:17" Width:10.25"Too bad because this seems like a well made product. The metal is heavy gauge and the mechanism slides easily.
