I know this is 4 1/2" crown, but that is the diagonal measurement. When installed, what is the projection and height of the final product. If it installs at an exact 45 degree angle then I can figure it out, but it looks like this maybe some other angle. Thanks.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fairly nice molding I haven't installed this yet. I just got the boards painted last weekend and hope to start hanging it this upcoming weekend. After brushing it off and wiping it down to eliminate all dust I noticed a few boards with slight ridging running perpendicular to the design. It looked like the cutting blade skipped/jumped as it was routing out the design. Luckily the paint hid the defects after giving it a light sanding before painting. Hopefully it won't show up once hung as light hits it at a new angle. Also, one piece was slightly gouged and I had to use wood filler. Quality control seems to be lacking for this product. Of course, I'm a perfectionist and I expect perfection! October 14, 2014
