Answer:
Hi Jim. We do not have replacement parts for the 5 line retractable dryer. It is a self contained unit that is not meant to be taken apart.

Answer:
Hi jim. Unfortunately, the 15-7 5-line retractable dryer locking knob doesn't have replacement parts available. If the locking knob feature is essential to its use in your set up, you'll need to replace the entire unit or extend the line to its full length and secure the excess length. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Answer:
Hi Fanelda, Yes, you can. Depending on your set up, you may need different hardware then what the dryer comes with, but it can definitely be mounted as you describe.

Answer:
You should only need 1 T-Post, the other end comes with a hook. I put a 4x4 post in the ground with concrete and attached the bracket to it. works great for me.

Answer:
The main casing of this dryer requires a flat surface for installation, though the receiving bracket can be mounted to a post. This means that this dryer will not work on two posts without some creative rigging outside of the dryer itself.

Hi Olivia. Unfortunately, there's no taking it apart for cleaning. The casing is designed to stay closed to keep out as much moisture as possible. To clean it, pull it out like you're going to use it. Then pull up a chair, a scrub brush, a cotton cloth, and a bucket of hot sudsy water. Baking soda paste and a toothbrush does wonders, too (especially on the casing)! And if scrubbing and wiping Read More

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 5 line clothes/retractable dryer. We had a retractable clothes line that we purchased at Home Depot over 15 years ago and the lines finally gave out.My wife loves it and uses it a lot. December 9, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Does The Job Nice unit, easy to install. I was a little discouraged that the lines are just plastic cord. For almost $100 I assumed they would be plastic-clad woven wire. I have it strung over a 20 foot span and they have a tendency to stretch if you put wet towels in the middle of the span so the heavier stuff needs to go on the first 4 feet of each end. But I guess with 5 lines that does give you 40 feet of line for the heavy items. I imagine the lines will eventually fail, at which time I will try replacing them with the woven wire if I can figure out how to get inside the unit to do that. June 9, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by DISAPPOINTED Bought this as a gift not realizing the ground pole was not included. The ground pole has been out of stock for months now, so the unit is useless at this time. The unit itself looks to be very sturdy and hopefully can be used in the near future. Would love to come back with a good review of this product.... July 14, 2015
