Since I've had a couple of these kinds of dryers before that were flattened by the neighbor's falling tree branches, I've gotten to know outdoor dryers. (Yes, I've moved this one to another location to avoid branches.) As for the product, it's great--well-constructed, easy to install, good spacing between lines, easy to tighten the lines, lines haven't started sagging requiring constant adjustment as has happened with other outdoor dryers.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by cliffsa nice design with some flaws
There are two plastic "pin" that are suppose to limit the cross bars when open. I needed to replace the with 2" 8x32 screws and put a nut on both sides to keep the beams in place. Thought about returning the item, but this mades it work again. These were replaced by the third usage and it is being used for just one person's laundry. Also the lines can get stuck in the hooks one the cross bars. Need to be sure lines are not tangled while putting it up! The first time I used it I was recommending it to everyone. Now unless they are handy and want to pay for something they will need to modify, I do not recommend.
I disagree with the reviews that indicated there were flimsy lines, not the case on mine.

It was easy to install, and it looks good. There are a few lines we will need to tighten, but otherwise, we are very pleased.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stymie56 Came with broken part
I received the product in a damaged and taped up box and although I know that should not count as taking a star away there was also a broken plastic pin used to limit one of the crossbars when open.
The product seems to be sturdy and well built but why do they use small plastic pieces to hold an important part together.
I noticed in the reviews someone else had one of these broken plastic pins also so I guess I will have to take the other reviewers "fix" and do the same.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by User Parallel Dryer Steel 2-Piece Pole, 30-Line 210 ft. Drying Space
I'm overall pleased with the clothes line's performance. We previous had clothes line poles that the lines were attached to our house. We resided our house and did not want to put clothes line hooks into the new siding.

No real assembly required, easy to install. Product came with several rivets only partially connected, had to cut out and replace with carriage bolts, too much trouble to send back. Not much care in manufacture or quality control.

There were two very similar, chose this one because of the height. Most umbrella clothes dryers ( I have had several) seem short. So far no problems & clothes aren't hanging so close to the ground. I am 5' 2"

Easy to assemble. The quality of line could have been better but I did not expect top quality line to come on it.Will probably replace soon. This line is sticky any lint or hair on laundry sticks to it and doesn't want to come off.The frame is pretty good.It is a little lopsided after a few weeks of use but I am giving it a major workout. We are an extended family of 9 including 4 children 8 and under. So it gets used heavily! I haven't managed to destroy it yet hanging apr. 4 loads on it including heavy towels everyday it doesn't rain.I like the fact the lines are parallel so I don't have to get the laundry on there exactly even as you would an umbrella clothesline. So all in all a good sturdy product.
