Instructions didnt include pics so I googled up the instructions and found one that did which made it so much easier to put the house together. With the help of my husband we finished the house in a week, paint and all. It was fun and we enjoyed it. The house isnt going to be used as a dollhouse were actually using it as a prop for our daughters UP themed birthday party. I love how it came out. Wish I could include pictures!

I have built three of these kits, so I really enjoy them. This is a good kit for anyone who wants to build a dollhouse on a small budget. With a little paint, glue, tape and spackling this can be an absolute gorgeous house fit for collectors and mature children.
I cannot say enough about the various avenues of support offered by the manufacturer. They have a toll free number but I have never called because the website is so great.

Great dollhouse kit for beginners. Very little skill required. I actually know another person who passed it off (or thought they did) as being built from scratch, haha. If I can do it, ANYONE can do it! Great value.

This is not intended to be used as a doll house, but the one we purchased may have been defective because the pieces crumbled, saw dust was everywhere. After taking dozens of small pieces that were breaking and crumbling out, we did the assembly anyways thinking we could fix most of it with glue. As we assembled the hinges to the roof we found they do not even match up to the front of the house. It was a huge mess and a complete waste of time. If the one we had would have fit together by the roof, then it still would have needed a lot of glue and would only be for looking at, if you are purchasing this for a child who intends to touch or play with it, DONT!. If you get one that is not defective with pieces broken then you will need a LOT of hot glue and then it is just for looking at.
