The handle has a rubber grip feel and the metal appears to be very strong and not easy to rust. I used the screwdriver to break loose some old screws on my outdoor shed that were rusted. I had no problems with the blade breaking or chipping. The grip really felt secure in my hand. I have the flat blade slotted with a quarter inch tip and a 4 inch blade. I also have the Phillips with a 1- 1/2 inch long blade. Both items worked extremely well. I would highly recommend this brand of screwdriver. They are much better quality and value than other big name brands and come with a Lifetime Warranty as well.

This Phillips head screwdriver is well constructed. Its small size has proven useful and several of our more delicate projects. For instance, because it isn't too big, we can reach into small areas on faulty appliances and on Smallwood worked items, as well. The shaft and handle are well-connected semicolon there's no need to worry about a disconnect. The handle itself is of good size and apparent durability. It feels good to the grip while also allowing for good traction on the handle and little or no slippage. A great addition to our toolbox!

I took a picture of this, but it is no different from the product picture. You know what a screw driver looks like. I am an Engineer and deal with many tiny screws and fasteners. I have a very nice (but also very expensive) set of ESD safe screw drivers at work. This is much less expensive. However, the fit of the tip is about 95% as good as my expensive set. For an inexpensive small phillips, this does very well. It is nice to have a larger grip on a small tip like this, as it is easier to keep positive pressure to reduce stripping on stubborn screws. I've been reasonably happy with all Husky screw drivers I've used, and when you factor in the low cost, I believe them to be excellent values for my mobile toolboxes.

If you're like me, you find yourself needing this size tool often, to remove the tiny screw on the battery cover of calculators, etc. This tool performs that task flawlessly. It has a unique 5 sided handle that is very comfortable, and has the tip type and size on the end for easy identification. The tip and shank are plated and should last a lifetime. It also has a lifetime warranty, very hard to beat!

The handle is a decent size but the actual screwdriver itself is really small. This screwdriver will work really well for trying to get into a small location or tight fit. It’s made out of really sturdy material. The size of this screwdriver limited capability of working on larger projects. After a long use it will give your hand cramp.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good item The item works as needed to open the back of my 3ds. It didn't strip the screws which was good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another Great addition to my Husky set Not a lot can be said about this. If you have used a screwdriver (one of the most common tools second only to a hammer, and maybe a saw), then you know how they function. This does the purpose of a Phillips screwdriver perfectly. The major pro to this is the Infamous Husky handle/grip. It's a lot bigger and more comfortable then most basic screwdrivers. Made of a plastic (and I think some rubber), it's more comfortable. Ideal for workbench, or something along those lines of "average use". However for a trade/tech, I would imagine the handle material getting worn out. Hasn't on mine, but I haven't used it for work, just my personal garage/workbench. Again with the handle size I prefer it for my "larger" tech hands. For work I use the cheaper ones you buy in a 6 pack for like 12$. The handles on those are like a rock solid resin or something, but the pro about those is if it breaks/gets lost/gets stolen, it's losing only a few bucks, vs using several. As a tech some things need to be a proper investment (drill set for example) other things cheaper is better. So Again, Strongly recommend this for workbench/shop use. For strenuous tech/mechanic work, that'd be pushing it.
