Answer:
TT, Our Husky impact sockets, extensions and adapters are manufactured using chrome molybdenum alloy steel, often called Cr-Mo or Chrome-Molly. This type of steel gives certain benefits to the socket when the large impact load is applied to it. This is why most professional grade impact sockets are made with this type of steel.

Answer:
Fish, We do not currently manufacture a 20mm impact socket in Husky. With a limited assortment of Impact sockets we have to chose the best selling sizes and the 20mm is a lower selling size.

Isn't the Husky name stamped into the socket enough to exchange a broken one? I have Craftsman tools which are older than I am, but I can exchange them with no problems

Answer:
Don,
You should not need the receipt to exchange this socket, however this item is not stocked at all Home Depot locations. You can check online if it is available at your store, and if it is you can make the exchange in person. If it is not stocked in your area stores then you can call 1-888-HD-HUSKY, (1-888-434-8759) and they will work with you to replace this broken socket.

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 6 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by beautiful finish. you can tell it's a high quality socket, performance, i don't need to mention it. outstanding! October 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great 21 MM Socket for the Money! Bought this socket to use with my electric impact gun to remove wheels for my 2010 Toyota Camry. Great socket for the money! July 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome This socket is the best purchase I have ever made. I am always looking for nuts that fit into it to perform my magic! April 14, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice design Anodized black finish with a thinner wall than is normal for this kind of product, tapers from wall as it approaches socket entry point. This allows a more sure-handed grip when removing socket from driver. The markings are difficult to see and the 1" marking, if covered by grease would be nearly impossible to see without first wiping it off. When using several different sizes on a job, a more visible marking system would be appreciated. Several competitive manufacturers already offer this feature. October 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tough heavy duty socket This socket is very strong and built for heavy duty work. I've used it with a ratchet and with an impact driver, and very happy with it's performance & shows little signs wear. The black finish is deceiving, but has not scratched & only shows rub marks from contact. It's a six point sockets & prefer that over 12-point sockets. I like the solid grip and improved socket-to-fastener contact that comes with a six point socket. I haven't had a stripped hex head bolt or nut yet. This should last a lifetime as warranty does too. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Probably OK I used the 13/16" Husky 6 point Deep Impact socket with a cordless impact driver to remove and reinstall the lug nuts on the tires for a Kia. The 21mm socket was not as snug on the lug nuts as the 13/16." It is obviously important to use impact sockets when using an impact wrench. This socket worked OK but is not of the best quality. Four areas where it was deficient when compared to the same size socket of a leading seller of automotive tools with a strong lifetime warranty are: 1) the socket did not fit snugly on the impact wrench for the first few tries - maybe a manufacturing issue, 2) the socket had more wobble to it when used, 3) the walls of the socket were not as thick - I would like the extra insurance that the socket is not going to crack or break causing an injury even though the chance of this is low, and 4) the markings are not as easy to read. The price of this socket though is less than half the price of the well-known brand. If you need an impact socket which you will not be using frequently, the Husky impact socket is probably OK.
