Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DennisJ Very Strong Set, Clearly Marked Sizes
This is a strong 6-point, 11 piece impact set with a wide range of sizes, that include 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, 3/4, 13/16, 7/8, 15/16, 1 and 1-1/16". The sizes are clearly marked on each socket. If you only want one set, get this one. It's 1/2" drive, made for the tough stuff and made to last. They are deep sockets, so they fit most anything that you come across. This is no wimpy set and they're guaranteed forever!

These sockets are very strong and built for heavy duty work. I have used them with a ratchet and with an impact driver, and I have been very happy with their performance and their wear. They show almost no wear and are still going strong. The black finish is somewhat deceiving, but it has not scratched and only shows some rub marks from basic contact.
These are six point sockets. Some prefer the 12-point, but I personally like the solid grip and the improved socket-to-fastener contact that comes from a six-point socket. I have not had a stripped hex head or nut yet.
The plastic rack that comes with the set is garbage. You'll want to buy one of the 1/2" socket racks for storage.

I ordered these impact sockets for removing/re-installing the blades on my Toro Zero Turn and to speed up auto repairs/maintenance such as tire rotation, brakes, ect. I have used these with my Husky 1/2" impact driver and I'm not noticing any rounding of the sockets as I did with regular sockets. I haven't used them extensively yet, but indications are that they should hold up well. They have a somewhat unattractive black powder coat (matte) finish that, although not pretty to look at, is more functional than the polished chrome because they don't slip from my hands. They are also easier to grab when removing and installing on my impact gun. This is a really good purchase for the homeowner at a really good price.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LEDEngineer Good basic impact sockets
These are advertised as 12 point, but I received 6 point. Other than that, they are good impact sockets. I've rarely needed a 12 point impact socket anyway.
I used these to replace the clutch on my car and the clutch on my truck. Also used them on my diesel truck which has long wheel studs. They worked great, no problems. Finish quality is very good, they are very deep, even more than my standard non-impact sockets. They fit the fastener as they should. The shape of the hex touches the flats of the fastener, so it should reduce rounding and deformation of fastener heads. Size markings are engraved and about 1/2 inch in size, so it's fairly easy to read. I rubbed white paint into the engravings and now they are super easy to see.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Blackbeered Except for 6 v 12-pointers, Can't Go Wrong with These
Okay, there are 11 pieces [7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, 3/4, 13/16, 7/8, 15/16, 1, and 1 1/16”] and they all are 1/2” drive. They are stepped deep. And they are heavy ... 7 pounds.
But they’re not bright chrome finish and they’re not 12-pt but 6-pt.
And there’s no contrast to the etched sizing mark [difficult to read].
The socket rail is useless [can’t support socket weight in down position] ... you’ll toss that immediately.
Because they’re guaranteed forever, I’m not concerned with their durability.

Perform well as expected. Markings could be a little more loud and proud
