Answer:
As someone mentioned already you cannot use this to fill an HPA paintball tank. If you really want to fill your HPA tank at home look at a product called the Shoebox Compressor. It let's you use a standard shop compressor (outputting at 125psi-150psi) to fill up a tank to 3000psi or 4500psi.

Answer:
NO. This air tank is rated for 150 p.s.i. When a paintball gun is set up for air, it uses an h.p.a. (HIGH pressure air) tank which is compressed to 3000-4000 p.s.i. You can do the math

Answer:
I don't think you can, unless the paintball gun is designed to run off of compressed air. Most of them run off of C02, as air by its nature contains moisture, which probably is not too good for the inner parts of the gun.

Answer:
remove the hose along with the fitting right off the tank and add this fitting
1/2 in. NPT Tank x 1/4 in. NPT Hose x 1/8 in. NPT Gauge Brass Air Tank Manifold
add appropriate hose / quick disconnect to the tank.
enjoy.
with replacing this to a quick disconnect you will be able to use any appliance like spray gun, air drill or sand blaster etc etc. only drawback will be to keep pumping up the air as used

Hi spike,
I'm Travis from The Home Depot. Thanks for visiting our site.
The female tire chuck on this tank is not removable, so the air gun accessories that we offer will not apply to this unit.
When I worked in our family gas station as a kid, we had a blow gun accessory that fit onto the chuck, so I have seen one, but not in the past 25 years.
Good luck with your search, but we don't offer this gun Read More

Add it to my compressor?

Can't I remove the fill fitting and replace it with a male quick connect fitting, so I can connect it to the hose coming from my compressor? Also, remove the output fitting and replace it with a female quick connect to attach a hose for air tools? The tank would be like an oversized hose that adds volume to my compressor tank. The air would go through the tank before going to the tool. Would the one way valve restrict the air flow?

Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 44 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Handy tank, modified as an auxilary tank for my air sytem setup Great item to keep around in order to inflate tires and other objects that are a distance from your compressor. Don't expect it to completely fill tires that are very low on air, meant more for topping off your tires that might be a little low. I modified my tank so that I could still use it as a portable option but so it could also act as an auxiliary tank to my 29 gallon air compressor setup. Removing the stock fill valve was tough but manageable. I plugged one of the taps with a 1/8in NPT plug, added a 1/4in NPT Tee tap and from there added a quick connect female coupler, and a male quick connect fitting on an ball valve. To fill my tank I use the male fitting and open the ball valve, once filled just close the ball valve and off you go, using the female coupler for the air tool of your choice. When I need to use this tank in-line with my larger compressor setup I just attaching it to my larger tank and leave the ball valve open. This tank is also a great value. Sure Harbor Freight might have their 5 and 11 gallon portable tank options that are a bit cheaper but they are only rated for 125psi while this Husky tank can handle 150psi. Since I specifically wanted an auxiliary tank option and my air systems goes to 150psi this Husky tank was the best choice. May 9, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Portable Air Tank The Husky brand of tools has alway been reliable and a good value for me as a homeowner. This portable air tank fits the bill. The only negative was the open/close valve was inoperative right out of the box. May be a bad design but we will see. A call to the service department was quick service to send out the replacement part at no cost. August 30, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product This is a very good tank. Ihave put a little over psi120 and it held and worked when needed.A friend told me about it because he used his for his air bag set up Very good quality product. September 6, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 10 GAL. PORTABLE AIR TANK Nice Ad Well Made Item, Haven't Use It Yet But Have Put Air In It seem To Be Working Just Fine . August 9, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Tank... Junk Plastic Tab on Air Valve Nice tank for the money, good volume........ the on/off plastic tab is junk will not hold up more than a few times of use. A plastic round tab for on/off valve has lasted me for many years on another brand air tank. When u buy this tank also make sure u have a small pair of vise grip pliers to turn the air value and u will be O.K. July 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Purchase The air tank was totally what I was looking for and the price was better than any other place I checked. Great deal and very pleased with this purchase. June 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value Twice the capacity for the same price. Excellent product. May 17, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad shut-off valve- cheap plastic Went to the local Home Depot to purchase and based on other negative reviews, I should have opened the box to check it since there was no display model. That was where I went wrong. Has a very small hose so plan on buying a different hose if you want a quick disconnect set-up on this. The worst part about this is when I tried to air the tank- the shut-off valve was in the open position. Cheap plastic shut-off does not work. Stuck in the open position... So off I go back to the big box store to return it. I'm sure there won't be an issue with the return/exchange but I'll be opening the next box to check the function and quality closer... Buyer beware. November 18, 2015
