Needed a lightweight, convenient inflator for motorcycles and our cars to keep the tires inflated.
This unit is small, lightweight and very easy to use. However, it's pretty loud.
It gets hot after about 5 minutes of continuous use so this isn't a unit you can use for extended periods of time. I'd limit it to 15 minutes.
First use was to top off the air in 3 vehicles and the motorcycle. It had no problem for the job. Took about 15 minutes. Max tire pressure was 50 lbs so, it can easily handle up to that load.
Then I fired up some soccer balls.
Unit was quite hot after about 20 minutes of use.
If you're looking for a general use inflator to be used near a power outlet, this is a good option. Note: extension cord will be required as the power cord is quite short (12 inches).

bought thins in feb 2014, to replace one from h.f. that has a design flaw with the power cord that kept breaking. unfortunately this one only lasted a week and something broke internally. h.d. returned no questions asked, when it worked it was fast and the glow in the dark gauge is a plus on the dark mornings when adding air to a tire that has a rim problem. we will see how long this one lasts, but the design and speed make it a plus.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by nick hose leaked less than a year
Worked fine for 9 months and then the hose started leaking and made the inflator ineffective. Went to THD and they replaced it with a new one. Hope this one lasts longer but doubtful.

Light weight, compact and incredibly quiet for a compressor.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by grandprixgtp98 Good size
It's perfect size but unfortunately when I purchased it the top piece was bent from one side and the drawers do not lock...hope the rest are not defective or damaged because it's an inconvenience to load that thing and assemble 2 times!! Very heavy!
