Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jamest Larger than 11" bin, excellent value
This 14” storage bin is very large and an excellent value; costing only $1 more than the smaller next size down 11” Husky bin (see photo). It is excellent for storing heavy items like nails and larger size nuts and bolts (see photos). I picked up 2 of these boxes and they worked out so well I'm sure I'll be buying more. I like the heavy black latches that keep them closed as well as the fact that you can snap in the dividers and vary the size of each compartment. I also like the way they stack. I would recommend this box for almost any larger fasteners like bolts, nails and screws.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Tinkerer Closes securely. But a waste of space!
The latches on this box seem secure, and ditto the hinges.
But what a waste of space! As noted in the specs, it's not really 14", it's 14-3/8, so it won't fit in my 14"-deep drawer.
It’s also not suited for bulky objects. The "slots" that hold the removable dividers are EACH 1/4" deep, so, although each row is 2" wide, if something is bigger than one compartment's worth, it must be only 1.5" wide. In fact, the "slots" are round, so the eat into the compartment ... so the largest cubic object each 2" x 2.25" compartment will accept is actually 2" x 1.75". Does it matter? Not so much if you're storing nuts and screws. But if you're storing, oh, 1.75" or 2" x 1.5" spools of Kevlar thread, you'll have to stick them in sideways, wasting about an inch of each compartment. In other words, you can't put them in end-to-end, not next to each other, so each row holds only 6 spools, not 10. That's 16 fewer spools per box! (Hopefully you'll have some smaller bits to stick in the gaps.)
Oh, and there's a handy "handle" recess molded between the closures. As if you need a handle to grab such a little box. This, too, wastes 2-3 cu. in. of capacity. Unused dividers are stored above it, but you could really store those in any spare compartment space.
I have exactly 14" boxes from a popular tool store, similar price, with none of these faults. I'll be swapping my nuts and screws over to this, and storing bulky items in those.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MisterCan2 Great for sorting LEGO bricks!
I wanted a small storage bin for storing and organizing LEGO bricks for my younger brothers, and I wanted something that had adjustable containers for various sizes of bricks. At first, I bought similar containers from another store ($3.99), but the hinges were terrible and I couldn't even close them, and the internal dividers were cheaply constructed and had crude/sharp edges.
But at Home Depot, I was easily willing to spend an extra dollar for a better design, easier handling, and beautiful quality with these organizers. I was so impressed that I bought 4 extra on my second trip! I love the simple yet sturdy design. So far I can transport each bin (in any orientation) without the worry of tiny LEGO pieces falling/slipping into the other containers.
Also, the individual bins are slightly curved (like a bowl), which makes it extremely helpful to grab/scoop out tiny LEGO pieces. The dividing tabs are easy to insert, and the plastic is a good thickness that doesn't feel flimsy.
This is one of the best purchases I have made in a while, so much that I am going to buy at least 3 more to sort all of our LEGO bricks.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by NCEddie Very nice organizer for all those small 'parts'
I am finally organizing all of the nails, screws, bolts, nuts, washers, etc. etc. in my shop. Just bought 9 of these from my local H. Depot, all they had on the shelf. I love the fact that there's quality real hinges for both the front and the back, nothing to break off from use here! So far am thoroughly happy with my choice and am looking forward to a methodical organization of all that hardware.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by FWAggie Perfect for Lego Storage
I have been shopping for storage to accommodate my growing Lego collection for sometime. I gave one of these containers a go and have since purchased around 20 of these over the last few months as I dismantle and sort my parts.
I also purchased a couple of other brands (one being Plano, sold by HD), but found these to be superior. I especially liked the fact that the bottom of the compartments are rounded which makes picking pieces out of each bin much easier than if they were squared.
The only drawback is that the compartments are quite narrow, meaning for larger pieces I have to find another solution. Plano's version of this box is slightly more expensive but combines the bottom two rows into a large storage compartment - good for larger pieces, though they do have squared compartment bottoms so picking up smaller pieces are more problematic in the Plano version.
That being said, this is ideal for small parts.

Great small parts organizer with dividers. Sturdy. Small parts don't "leak" over from one compartment to another.

These organizers are a great size, not too small or too big. Includes 15 dividers so you can arrange compartments however you need to. Hinges are sturdy, and the latches have been improved from an older version I own. Built-in handle on the bottom front edge. I use them to organize specialty drill bits and attachments, and I just bought two more for electrical lugs.
