I use these Husky bags all the time. I picked this one because of the new design on the handle. The one and only issue I've had with these bags is that the material gets baked in the sun and falls apart. I repair boats so they are exposed all day.

My Men's Service organization uses this tool tote, filled with tools for a major convention raffle. It has been a very big hit each year, receiving as much as 40% more bids than competing prizes.

Really nice to have your "go to" tools separate and "ready to roll." Another gent was buying this same tool tote when I bought mine. I have really found it handy on projects and calls.

What's been missing in my tool collection is the ability to choose the "non-basic" tools not carried in my tool belt without having to have my arms full of tools or make multiple trips.
The Husky 17" Open Tool Tote is my solution. I've taken the 'basic' tools out of the tool belt (hammer, various screwdrivers, pliers, side cutters, etc.) and placed them in the Husky. That leaves plenty of room for me to add, when needed, a cordless drill, cordless sander, etc. It will even hold my Ryobi cordless reciprocating saw (along with the usual hand tools). It will not easily hold, however, a Ryobi 5.5" circular saw.
I wanted an open top design; having an open top makes things easy to see and packing up can be done quite quickly, just tossing everything into the center space. Sorting out can be done back at the tool bench.
The swivel handle is comfortable and thick enough to supply a comfortable grip. It pivots out of the way easily. However other reviewers have noted that, in some cases, the plastic nut can come loose and be lost. Perhaps a dab of LocTite or some such would cure the problem. However, I’ve checked my tote and everything seems secure at this point. I’m going to keep an eye on that area.
Fit and finish is excellent and there is a three-year warranty from Husky.
There is no provision for a shoulder carry strap, although one could probably be improvised.
There is a small fixture for attaching a tape rule, but the 25’ tape rule, as noted by other reviewer, is too large to easily place in the fixture. A 12’ Stanley PowerLock rule fits O.K. There is no chain fixture for carrying electrician's tape. That, to me, is an oversite; such chains are quite handy and even my tool belt offered one. I resolved that issue by using a small plastic container (such as lunch meats come in) to hold electrician's tape, stubby screw drivers, center punch, etc. Things that are too small to leave rattle around on their own I will know are in the plastic bin.
The 19 reinforced pockets are "one size fits none", in that there are no dedicated-for-a-specific-type-of-tool pockets. The pockets vary in size and I had no problem with pliers, side cutters, wire strippers, and needle nosed pliers all going side-by-side down one side of the tote.
Screwdrivers, however, have left me with a problem: pointed up they are dangerous obstacles in getting items out of the tote; pointed down they are bound to eventually work their way through the pocket material; laid in the bottom center section they are simply too disorganized to live with. I had the same issue with a pair of scissors - pointy side up dangerous, pointy side down wearing.
For now, I'm carrying the screwdrivers pointy side up; I found a pair of scissors that would fit in the smallest of the pockets pointy side down without the point touching the bottom of the pocket.
Larger than the Husky plastic tote tray but not as bulky as a 5 gallon bucket tool tote, I think the 17in Husky is the "Goldilocks" size for my requirements and for the price I think it's an excellent value.
