I really like everything about this bag except the collapsible handle system. I use this tote every day for my job as a telecommunications engineer working on a Illinois higher education campus environment. It overall has been very reliable and durable, but when it is cold <32 degrees, the handle simply won't go up and down properly. I am not sure if the tubes of the handle mechanism shrink when it is cold, but in order to pull the handle out once I have collapsed it, I have to put my foot on top of the bag and yank up several times with a large amount of force, and usually it still won't come up all the way. Pushing it back down requires me to put my weight into it leaning over the bag. Once the bag and mechanism warms up, the issue disappears. If this weren't an issue, I would give it five stars and a recommendation, but the handle is a big portion of the tote function and design.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Marty Great product
I'm a telecommunications technician, and I have to take all my tools and laptop from office to office on a daily basis. I previously used a rolling duffel that was made for clothes. After wearing out two of them in as many years, I decided to look for something more durable. Unfortunately, the tool bag that the company provides, is not sufficient. I purchased this tote and am extremely satisfied. I had to adjust the way I store things, instead of my rolling duffel carrying everything, I now have my laptop in a laptop bag, thus splitting up the load in two. It is now much easier taking all this stuff up and down the stairs. The rolling wheels and handle, as well as the bag are extremely sturdy. The rolling feature is a must, for me. Buy this tote and you won't be disappointed.

I'm a service electrician and I was debating this bag or the 22" bag. I'm glad I went with this one. It's the perfect size to fit all my drills and sawzaw. Perfect for transportation. I do maintenance work at a boat marina and this bag makes taking 80lbs of tools a breeze. Strongly recommend this bag

Would it be nice to walk away to have lunch and not worry that somebody with a pair of side cutters can cut the locking part off the zipper. And the wheels should have been designed out of neoprene with a larger diameter. Sorry, but I traded mine in that was tampered with @ the zipper. As a result, I lost my expensive $$$.$$ Multi-Meter and other tools. Time to buy a tote-able hard case that is somewhat secure from a different manufacture.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by electricED needs improvement with wheels and pocket location.
i like the rolling tote, however some defects showed up on the job site. My profession is an industrial electrician and i found that the wheels DO NOT roll over temp power cords easily at all. Also the pocket location and number/sizes could be tweaked slightly. I picked this size over the larger one because it fits in a crossbed toolbox and the larger one will not. If the wheels were sized larger or of a different material/pattern to effectively roll over 1"+ size power cables i would LOVE IT. I hate having to stop and pick up tools that fall out after trying to manhandle it over boughna cords.
