Good solid construction. If you need to close it up, you lose some of the depth. I will buy another Husky tool bag for all my screwdrivers!

This tool bag is great. I have 75 pounds of hand and cordless tools in it and it carries them no problem.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Phone Great bag for the money. Will carry your heavy tools without a problem.
I've been using this bag for 3 1/2 years, 6 days a week in a factory. The bag is very dirty and has a few holes in the bottom of the outside pockets where my screwdrivers are. I'm a mechanic/ machine repairman and there's a set of wrenches hammers, and socket sets among other steel tools. I wasn't sure if the shoulder strap would hold up to the weight, but it has. I'm going to buy another to replace this one. My only wish would be for a special area exclusively for screwdrivers to keep from working a hole in the bottom of the outside pockets. I'm very happy with this bag and have gotten positive feedback from other maintenance men about it.

Bag provides good depth and plenty of individual storage space. The strap and handles maintains the weight of the bag and allows for carrying of heavy tools.

not a bad tool bag, mine lasted about a year and a half before the bottom tore out. limited organization inside the bag. but if you want something better expect to pay 5x the price.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by chop883 Best Tool Bags are Husky
Husky absolutely owns the tool bag market. We have Home Depot, Lowes, and Menards in our town, as well as others such as TSC, and I travel and frequent the tool stores. No one can touch the quality, and affordability of Husky tool bags. I also have Snap On and Mac Tools tool bags and they are a total joke - garbage - and twice the price. I have 3 of these 18" bags that live in my truck all the time. One for general hand tools, one for power tools and batteries, and another for about 100 lbs of ratchet straps, battery cables, ball mount for my receiver, and anything else I can possibly stuff in it. I can't believe the handles don't rip off it because it feels like my arms might when I carry them, but they are unbelievably tough and don't even flinch. I also use the 12" and 15" bags for other things. I used to buy all our tool bags off the snap on truck, but then I discovered that these husky bags are 10 times better than those at 1/8 of the price. It is a no brainer. Thanks also to home depot for offering so many variations. I use the 12" as my bare bones kit to take in our Polaris Rzr in the sand dunes and trail riding. I use the 15" to just throw anything else I need out of my main tool box when I travel as a supplemental tool bag. And then I have these three 18". All of them are just exceptional. I really can not believe how well made they are for the price. This is the only brand of tool bag to buy. You will likely be disappointed with any other. They offer two different types of bags - the Red ones are general bags and have an open area in them to just pile stuff in. The Black ones are more expensive and seem to be the premium version. They have lots of dividers, loops, and pockets. I do not use the black premium bags because they are heavier and I want to keep the tools and the bag as light as possible since I am putting so much stuff in them. I also do not use the black bags because I need more open space for hand tools and kits, I already have most of my tools sorted in sub-bags and wrench rolls, so I do not use the loops and pockets as much as others. Both are exceptional quality, It is just personal preference. The Red bags suit me perfectly, and still have plenty of pockets for flashlights, screwdrivers, and blades, both inside and out. Go buy all the sizes - I guarantee you will find uses for them.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by BMac Good Quality, short handles
I'm a contractor and need a bag I can move from my personal truck to my work truck every day. This bag holds everything I need it for. The material quality is great, and it is a great deal.
My only real complaint is that the handles are just a little too short. If you have the bag as full as in the photo, it's hard to pull one handle to the other to pick the bag up with one hand. It's fine if you zip it up, but I rarely use the zipper. Just a few inches longer on the handles and the bag would work much better for me.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dusty purchased on sale...... for the money nothing came close
Bag is durable in construction, and has larger size zipper that will close even if slightly overloaded. Shoulder strap has metal fastening hooks instead of plastic like most other tool totes that break easily. Bag could use a few larger pockets on the inside to accommodate tools 4in in width as well as a sealed compartment to organize small drill and screw bits. A huge improvement would be to include a small section that had looped elastic or a series of velcro pockets like on a bucket boss. Typically without the aforementioned improvements all the smaller items find their way to the bottom of the bag and compares to ordinary means of carrying tools.
