Rated 4 out of 5Â by Chuck descent cart for the price
I assembled the cart last night. Total assembly wasn't difficult, but I would recommend sockets, box wrenches and a phillips-head screw driver over their recommended tools.
As stated in other reviews, the holes the bolts go through are too large. The bolts themselves are sufficient. Because the holes are so large, the cart isn't as stable as it could be.
Also, since all four wheels turn independently, the cart isn't as easy to move as it would if the back two were fixed.
One other feature I would have liked to see would have been the ability to mount the top shelf upside-down. I plan to use it as a mobile workbench and mount for a drill press.
Overall, for the price, the cart will do exactly what I need it to do.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by pedrod Strong well built utility cart at a good price.
I was looking for a small utility cart for some heavy electronic test equipment, and was going to buy a slightly larger RM HD plastic cart, at nearly $190 + shipping. On a whim I thought I'd checkout Home Depot and they had this great little cart in my local store for about $50. Bolted it together in about 10 mins and now I have a very strong test equipment cart for my workshop.
