Unfortunately when I unboxed mine from the store it dismantled itself and all the inner workings shot out, upon further inspection I found that there was no recess for the C-clip to sit into so any pressure on the release button would cause it to fall out. Will be swapping out for a new one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice and tough We had a shop fire and lost all of our tools which were nearly all a competitor brand. We decided to try these and are very happy that we did. We lost our breaker bar in the fire as well. We HAD to change a tire on a diesel pickup and this was the only tool we had available. It probably isn't recommended, but out came a piece of pipe for some leverage and this ratchet did the job. They work smoothly and fit nicely in your hand. We live on a little farm and we're pretty hard on all tools, but this ratchet is holding up to our abuse. Overall, it's much better than the one that burned and we would definitely buy this again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Husky 1/4" drive rachet I got this rachet as a warranty exchange for a model they no longer make. This rachet has a "fine" click, meaning it takes very little movement for the next notch of the rachet mechanism to engage. I'm a professional mechanic. That feature is extremely handy when working on the cramped confines of modern cars. The chrome plating seems to be of high quality. I'll know more about this model once I've had it 6 months. So far, so good.
