Answer:
Coach,
We do not offer any of our Husky ratchets in Black Chrome. Our line of 100 position ratchets feature a black industrial finish to them. We currently offer these black ratchets in 3/8 and 1/2, with a 1/4 inch drive ratchet launching next year. You can fined the 3/8 in drive version by searching for Model H10038RAT Internet #206038448 Store SKU #1001383378

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good design poor build quality I purchased this ratchet in September 2015 as of February 2016 it is completely unusable. Just from normal use the mechanism has become so loose that the pawl actually slips out of place and causes the entire mechanism to jam. This did not occur when new so I am assuming that this must be due to very soft or improperly heat treated steel. This is very disappointing at one time Husky was a good brand, now is all just cheap junk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Ratchet from a fantastic brand! First off, I have a large selection of tools and I truly love Husky the quality had always been great! This particular 3/8 drive ratchet is no exception! Chrome finish is great the tool has worked like a dream for everything I have tested it on, 72 tooth drive makes it super easy to use in tight spaces! Couldn't ask for more! Recommended 100%

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Husky Product I'm unusually a Craftsman person, but have recently purchased several hand tools made by Husky. The Husky brand is pretty good and I have yet to have any problems with them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great ratchet, slim head, quick release and 72 tooth! This is one of the best values out there when it comes to ratchets. It's a APEX tool design, and many other brands like Gearwrench (also APEX owned) use this same design. While the Gearwrenchs have a higher tooth they also don't have the quick release. That's why I went with the Husky. The other difference is price and warranty. If you would ever have an issue, just take it back to Home Depot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Very Respectable Ratchet [SKU 107385] "Guaranteed Forever" is always good. Made in China. Weighs a solid 282 gms [a half pound]. Finish is very good. Release button works smoothly. "Fine tooth" ratchet means there's 5 degrees between each of its 72 teeth; you'll only need 1.5" of swing at the end of its 8" length to tighten [okay, maybe 3" with lash/slop included]. Only way I see to improve on its design that I see is, having ML hands, the diameter of the handle could have been a wee bit larger. Single, large snap ring on the retainer plate.
