Decent home-shop regulator. Not a heavy-duty type like heavy users will need. It regulates, but sticks a bit, and the construction is light-duty. Price reflects this, value is good.
Gauge is reasonable size for occasional reference. It can be assembled either side to suit your layout. Plug provided for the unused port. Gauge and plug have sealer pre-applied.
Regulators are directional! There is an IN and an OUT, and arrows too.
Regulators hate dirt. If your old regulator failed, it may be from dirt in the system, or the failing regulator may have shed debris in the lines. Blow them out. Put a good filter (maybe not your old filter!) before the regulator!

In my school shop I share a large industrial compressor with the maintenance department. For whatever reason, they keep the compressor at 150 PSI, which is more than I want to push through my finish nailers or have available for students to pump up their bicycle tires. So I put this between the compressor and the air drops in the shop and stopped the pressure down to a safe and sane 90 PSI.
Seems reliable after 3 weeks of use. Easy to install and easy to adjust.

This regulator was easy to install. Pressure adjust easily and has good air volume. only thing missing was a wall mounting bracket. I made one to fit my application. very satisfied.

I found it difficult to mount the regulator on a wall firmly enough to hold it in place while I use my sprayer.

I had my Husky compressor for over 15 years and never had a problem. Nine months ago I developed a leak coming from the adjusting knob on the regulator. I purchased a repair kit for the regulator for $15.00 and an additional $4.00 charge for shipping. The repair was simple except there were no directions included with the repair kit. After two attempts I finally got it on the third try. Hint: When replacing the parts with the new make sure you have the screw plate inside the handle is adjusted all the way out leaving approximately two threads left. This will give you the ability to adjust your pressure. I can now adjust from 140lbs down to 10lbs of air pressure with no leaks.

The pressure regulator does not regulate. I have installed two and both were defective. The regulator does not hold a set point pressure. Pressure drifts from full tank pressure back to the set point the below with no flow. Then with flow it goes to set point plus or minus 30 psi. It seems to have a mind of its own. Definitely not acceptable.
I returned the first and tried the second. This time I will return it, get my money back and then go to Lowes. Installation of this product is time consuming and to have two bad regulators is adding insult to injury. I am not a happy customer.
